Had an appointment for 5pm and was not acknowledged when I walked in. At 5:10pm I went up to a stylist and said I had an appointment. She pointed to the hairstylist who was scheduled with me. She was foiling someone’s hair and never acknowledged me. I left at 5:25pm without getting my hair cut. Horrible experience and a waste of time!!!
