Monica cut my hair two days ago and it is so chopped and uneven, so I went back today to try to remedy the botched job. The lady that spoke English would not give me my money back, so I could go get my hair fixed somewhere else, and she said she would try to help me later today, but she wouldn't tell me a time after I asked three times. She got angry when I mentioned doing a review with photos on Facebook. Then she flat out refused to make my hair better and refused to give me my money back. So, I have to let others see the haircut photo I requested for my haircut versus what I ended up getting from Monica two days ago. You tell me if you would be satisfied with this haircut?
