Sami did a great job with my hair. My partial highlight and cut look awesome! She saved the day and was able to fit me into her schedule last minute. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

This was a really bad experience. So I booked on with Raeonna. She sent me a message asking me for a picture of what I wanted in my highlights. I didn't get to it until the following day but my appointment was cancelled because I didn't respond fast enough (apparently). So I booked with a different stylist, Heavenly. She asked for what I wanted my hair to look like because she wasn't used to cutting men's hair (I have long hair by the way). I sent her what I wanted. She messaged me back several days later (a day before the appointment) that she'd see me tomorrow. Okay, so I have to respond in a day but she doesn't. Cool. I went. No one was there. The salon was locked and empty. No response when I texted her. She didn't show up. I'm starting to think this Salon is fairly unprofessional. How do you just ghost a new client? I don't think I'll come back to this place.

After a long day at work I wouldn't say sitting in a chair for hours is ideal but once my stylist Tara started my hair I was almost asleep she was so easy and kind to my head and scalp. I haven't had my hair done in any way in 16 years so when she was started I was nervous then she reassured and spoke with me until what I wanted was accomplished in words then like a majestic unicorn my hair looked fabulous and my nerves were at ease. I also suffered from migraines that went away and were replaced with a fabulous purple shine.10 out of 10 Hairapy Salon is the place to go. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is as well.
