The Absolute BEST experience!!! I can’t rave Enough about how courteous, professional, caring, talented, and Gifted Vicky is! Being from LA you Know how hard it can be to find someone that not only wants you to look amazing, but also wants their work to match their social media pages. I found Vicky on TikTok and she was wonderful from the initial text I sent asking her questions, till the very end of my appointment. I love how honest she is with educating you on what works best for your hair and not what’s the most beneficial for her pockets lol. For the first time in YEARS I left my appointment feeling as beautiful as my hair looked! I usually end up throwing a hat on either the day of or the next day because the hair never matches what people post of their work. My experience with Ms Vicky B is she is DEF that girl!!! Thank you so much for your patience and your talented hands. Everyone should book with her ASAP!!!

Horrible person. Unprofessional and rude. Communication skills are lacking. If you like the idea of being serviced by this type of person, this is the place for you!! Accountability is everything. The service provider should ensure that there is clarity in any exclusions to service and not make assumptions. It is a responsibility of the service provider. This person did not ensure that it was clear what was excluded from the service and what was included in the service. When I tried to talk to this person about where the disconnect might have been, she walked away while I was talking! Before that, she began getting an attitude while having a basic conversation. This is the hallmark of an emotionally immature and unprofessional person. No one likes to be blindsided with charges that they were not clear until they arrive for service. There is more to customer service than simply providing the actual service. It is the way you treat a customer from the time that you meet them until the time they leave chair. There is no customer that should leave an appointment feeling like they were not listened to, disrespected, nor that their opinions were considered or made to feel small because they disagreed. Like I said, If you are the type of customer that enjoys this type of discourse, this is the place for you. This was a business that I previously followed and supported. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I do not recommend this type of ignorance to anyone.

I went to a lot stylist, and they were all ok, or did not deliver. But I went to Hairboratory in downtown Los Angeles, Ca and I loved my hair. Vicky is the best and also has a great personality with her clients. She is very good on what you want as a client, and is patient. Great place.

Vicky slayed my hair. This was my first time getting tape ins and I love them! The longevity of them was amazing. I got my maintenance done once a month. She also sells hair oil that is bomb. I definitely recommend my La girls to go to her. Look at the hair in these photos! PERIODT

Vicki was absolutely amazing!! With my consultation, she was direct and gave me perfect advice on which extension would match my hair texture best! I returned the next day to have my services completed (color & extensions) and I am obsessed with how beautiful my hair has turned out!! I will be back!! The shop is centrally located (easy to find), the extensions I purchased blend effortlessly, the salon is stunning! If I had to sum my experience in 1 word: Excellent

Vicky B. slayyyyssss PERIODT!!!!!!!!! She will have you looking right trust and believe. Salon is upscale classy boutique style with good music and great conversation, parking is next door super convenient for downtown LA. So don’t hesitate and go get slayed at Hairboratory.
