I can’t say enough great things about Gail! She gave me a perm, and the results were absolutely amazing. My hair now has so much volume, and I’ve been getting compliments non-stop. Gail’s professionalism and expertise truly stood out, her 50 years of experience as a stylist really shine through in her work. What made the experience even better was how comfortable she made me feel throughout the process. I had cancer last year and cut all my hair. My hair was still super short and I’m getting married in 3 weeks. I spent most of my Saturday with Arlee as she colored my roots, added highlights for dimension and also added extensions. I couldn’t be happier with the transformation. It was worth every penny.

I want too grow my hair out but , keep going back for haircuts because I like the way th shampoo feels on my head afterwards. Half to be careful at times because Oreanne can get “rough, with you if you are disrespectful;; Smels nice

My mother has been a loyal customer of Oreanne for 4 years and the last visit was terrible. My mother has recommended her to all her friends and family. My aunt and sisters also are loyal to her now but that will no longer be the case. She had an appointment and called to let them know she will be 20 minutes late and they said it is okay. This was the first time she was ever late. She gets there to do her touch up and Oreanne has another client in the chair. That was not an issue and my mother patiently waited 30 minutes for her to finish. Once she was done, she told my mother that she does not have time to blow dry her hair which was also fine. She quickly did my mothers roots and shampooed it but did not even put conditioner on claiming she had no time. She still charged her that same price as she would if she conditioned and blow dried her hair. My mother would have happily rescheduled but they said it is fine. The most important thing is customer service and they treat loyal clients like garbage. Don’t even waste your time and money.

After attempting to cut my own hair it looked horrible and I needed someone to fix it asap. None of my usual places had availability any time soon and my friend reccomended hair color xperts and they were able to get me in within two hours of me calling! Gail cut my hair and she was amazing, super friendly, worked fast, and above all was super educational about what products I should and shouldn’t be using. I highly recommend everyone goes here.

Been going here for at least 4 years now! Cathy is very kind and super understanding about what I want my hair to look like. She's definitely a gem. Alexis here does the best fun hair color. She did a burgundy ombre on mine and picked out the best shades of red when I said I wanted to go all in given it was the first time that I was coloring my hair.

Clean and Cozy! Great experience! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! the products they use. I left with soft healthy hair even after getting it bleached. You definitely get what you pay for here ✨ My stylist was Erika and Oh My God she mad me feel like myself again with the perfect ombre color exactly what I wanted down to the hair cut. 🥰 She walked me through her thought process on how she was going to get my hair where I wanted it and made sure my needs were met. Definitely a very knowledgeable and talented stylist. 🙌🏻🧡🧡 Highly recommend this place you will be in good hands if your stylist is Erika.

For the second time in a row, 2 different stylists, I did not get what I asked for. I’m giving 3 instead of 1 because the haircut still looked good. But my issue is this: both times I’ve asked for a slightly “masculine” haircut (as a female); a short and shaggy cut; and I got a bob instead. When I asked about the layers/curtain bangs they told me “it will look weird/I don’t want to ruin your beautiful hair/It won’t make you look pretty.” I’m trying to have a more masculine appearance because that is what makes me feel confident, but I got the feeling they let their biases determine how to cut my hair. They see a girl like me and want to keep me feminine and then charge $80 with tip. Pretty invalidating and frustrating. It’s a decent hair salon if you want a cut, but don’t go here for anything else.

I had an appointment with Alexis. First and very last time I go to this salon or better yet this stylist. I was shocked by the conversation we had in regards to her personal life. Definitely a bad first impression to say the least. On top of that my haircut was completely uneven and my color was orange, not what lasked for! Not brassy but orange! I wouldn't suggest this salon or this stylist to anyone. Very unprofessional and should find a new career. Master stylist is a joke! I would give negative stars if there was an option

I've been seeing Arlee for just under 2 years. I get fun vibrant colors. I have really thick and long hair and she has done a phenomenal job every single time. She's honest about cuts and shades and whether or not they work for me and I have always been happy with my service!

We were greeted by the front desk staff with are, compassion, and professionalism Kassidy cut and colored my hair and my preteen granddaughter’s hair. She was very patient and explained ever step of the process. She also offered her professional opinion to suggest options based on our air type and body/face structure. Kassidy and all staff are amazing!! If you want a professional cut/color, Kassidy is the best!!

After trying numbers of salons in last 3 years I finally really liked this place. Sally wadsworth did a great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She listen to what i wanted and did a better job than the pictures i showed her as reference. They use good products and not outrageously priced.

Amazing!!! Kassidy is a color expert. She did a fantastic job! She not only colored my daughter's hair exactly how she wanted but she also fixed past beautician's mistakes, far exceeding our expectations! The salon was clean, everyone was friendly and you immediately felt comfortable as soon as you walked you in the door. Definitely our new salon. Totally worth the hour drive for us to get there!

I’ve had two hair appointments at this place and I have been disappointed both times. I always ask for very layered hair starting at my chin and they always give me long layers. The last time I came in, she cut my hair in probably 20 mins which is the shortest amount of time I have ever gotten my haircut. I have really thick long hair so it takes stylists a while usually. My layers are extremely uneven if you can even call them layers. It looks like I cut it myself. I will not be returning.
