Whoever answered the phone when I was calling to ask about availability was rude and had terrible customer service. Sad I’ve heard good things from friends but that totally turned me away.

I have been going here over 10 years and never once had a problem. I have requested LoAn every time. She listens to what I want and does exactly what I asked. She tells me if it will look good or not. I absolutely love the way my hair is. The work environment at the shop is great. All the girls work together and help each other. The owners care about their customers and their employees. If you are looking for a good family salon this place is the best and will take care of all your needs.

Took my son for a last minute haircut here. He is a crier with haircuts but the stylist was so kind and understanding. We had a great experience and will be back. Also prices are great and it’s super clean!

I found haircuts plus online and I live in this area so I wanted to try it. I saw good reviews regarding Larina and by chance I got her. I told her I wanted a trim because I had lots of dead ends from bleaching my hair I did not keep up with my trims. Larina did a beautiful job I left so happy with my hair cut she did exactly what I asked and did an even better job than I expected. I have thick coarse hair and when I left my hair felt healthy! I plan on going back to her! Thank you Larina for a great job!

My mom wanted a last minute haircut on labor day and so I scrambled around looking for a place that would take a walk in at 4pm. I found Haircuts Plus and called them for their hours and luckily they were open! I also decided on a last minute cut and the gals there were so nice and accommodating. I showed them a picture of what we were hoping for and they did a spectacular job!

I went to a school for a haircut. Usually they do fine. Not this time. Left with a mess I couldn't see until I tried styling my hair 😕 Came here and Maria fixed the mistakes in minutes. So happy. Reasonably priced. Walk in only, but I didn't wait long.

I’ve been to this shop a few times and I won’t be going back. The owner is a control freak that watches the girls that work there on camera’s the first time I went in she intruped the stylist and took her away from doing my hair. The second time she did it again the left and told the girl who was doing my hair she was taking too long . Mind you I spent over 200.00 for color and a hair cut. So I will not return do to the owner. The girls are great .

Lady was very gentle with my sensitive scalp. Did it super fast though. Kind of pricey for just a few min on the chair. Everyone told me after that my haircut was bad. It looked extremely choppy. I guess it was really bad because everyone I encountered after would say something about my cut. It was embarrassing actually to go out. The wait was not too long. I was a walk-in and there was 1 person ahead of me. The music was blastin' and they had really good songs playing. I also like how clean and spacious the salon is.

Mexican lady got bad cut my hair which she did not follow my direction, so horrible! I never never go back again.. hey people, be alert with that Mexican woman (kind of chubby and black long hair with curly, watch out and also I saw the lady was perm or dye color, she’s scream and call her husband or else, I feel bad for her! She’s the first person then I’m second person with same person who did to my hair and her hair. I never never go back, I’m looking for professional honest and very skill hair cut. By the way, my hair grow fast, wait for 3 -4months then fix it right! I hope the supervisor fired that Mexican women, if she’s still there, watch out!

This is the best hair salon I’ve been to Larina was the one that helped me out when I went in to get my hair dyed they took care of all my needs and had better talk than any barber shop you can go to regardless of that they do a wonderful job and they pay attention to every detail also the best part is at the end when I got a head massage I felt like I was in heaven thank you to all the staff that was there when I visited you made it a memorable experience and I will definitely be coming back for my next hair inquiry

The first time I went and got my haircut here she did an amazing job! However, the last two times I can an hour before closing and I got turned down at the door. “sorry we’re closed” well I just called about an hour ago and they said that you was Open till 7, and it’s just now 6:05! Hours on website and the staff that answered the phone said you close at 7!

LoAnne is the best and she's extremely fast. Store itself is nice. Usually busy, be prepared to wait a little bit.
