Today I went there , A lady who did my hair color ,first could not understand what I said after gave her own opinion about color then I said I want not that color then made face and was gossiping with other staff girls , after applied different color tone on my hair, never go there and waist your money, very bad service.many years there service was very good but now zero service.

i went for my haircut ( i am a girl ) today here. when i told one of their staffs how to cut my hair she didn’t listen properly and then when she messed up i told her to fix this and i said this isn’t what I asked her and then she started blaming me for this and she said that i have another cutomers to see and i am not free for this stuff.

All the ladies there a lovely! Did a great job on my haircut. The building was very clean and well taken care of. Prices are good. The front counter girl was so friendly. I really enjoyed my time there and felt very well taken care of. The have plenty of people working. Didn't have to wait very long as a walk in

Haley (may have spelled it wrong) was amazing!! I went in hoping to get new color and an updated look. She was able to get me in on the same day!! I showed her pictures and we came up with the red. So very happy with the look and color. An amazing experience. This was only my second time here but both times I've walked out very pleased. I will be back for sure.

I love this place , all the women there are great ! Melanie and Julie and the other one give good hair care advice and know their stuff. They always do their best and it shows! Amazing hair cuts.

I recently went in to get my hair cut by a women named Bree I believe and she did the absolute worst job doing my hair! I'll never be coming back to this place. And on top of that, she had the worst attitude, kept making rude comments about my appearance and quite honestly her hygiene wasn't the best and I felt like I had to hold my breath during the whole appointment. She definitely didn't present herself in a well or cleanly manner. I'll never be back! If I was able to give no stars, I would.

The ladies are awesome! The vibe is great. Do Ask for Thuy for HairProducts recommendations; she really know what she’s talking about! Very helpful and sweet, most of all Thuy was honest. Ask Veronica for HairCut she does an amazing job at blending hair, cutting hair, and facial waxing! Thank you ladies for the wonderful work you do! I love my cut. And best of all, I know I can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking my best!”

Went in there earlier with my sister for both us to get a haircut. The lady who was going to cut my hair had bad customer service (first chair to the right, closest to the door) Before even starting my haircut she gave me the blankest stare after i told her i wanted a trim, and very uninterested responses of having to cut my hair. I brushed that off because i honestly hate ever being a complaining customer , but when she went to grab my hair she scratched the side of my face, twice, and when i said “ouch, your nails are very long and sharp” she responded rudely saying no one else ever complains about her nails and if i just want someone else to just cut my hair. I said yes but that made me so upset that I ended up not even getting a hair cut with my sister. I wasn’t even given any apology for scratching my face. Sucks because i always go this shop each time i get a haircut and mention how good this place is to all of my family. This is the worst experience ive ever had there.

Showed a picture of highlights framing the face and balayage. I got highlights all over my hair. Not at all what I asked for or showed. After waiting a while to redo the highlights as instructed I came in for my reservation and showed the pic again. They said they’d do my touch up but come back next weekend for the highlights and I was told they’d ask the manager for a discount bc now I have to spend 2 Saturdays at the salon for hours!!! I come back and show the pic again the manager told me I have highlights all over and I said yes exactly that’s not what I asked for and she was the one who did my hair originally. She does my highlights and still charges me $150 after I was charged last weekend over $100 for the touch up. No discount offered and she knew I was made to come back and inconvenienced. There wasn’t even a haircut involved it was just the highlights for $150. Just horrible customer service. I paid but due to the poor treatment I’m never returning. I been coming for my trims and every now and then I try to have these people color my hair and not once have I been satisfied. I’m over this place, they can only do basic haircuts and coloring. Really it feels like they are inexperienced and just starting out but the truth is they are not beginners. I spent so much money here and I always always end up doing my hair at home. Never ever coming back.

Made to wait an hour and people who showed up after me were seen before me. Asked for Bald got shaved. Asked about it afterwards was told to go somewhere else. No communication to tell me Bald is not offered. Dont waste your time. Terrible place, I had to touch up the shave once I got home. Couldnt even do that right.
