Unprofessional and rude service despite high prices I have been to this salon a few times and wanted to try their hair extensions to look good for the holidays. It ended up being a BIG mistake My service was done on 12/23 by their “expert” Lola, but she used way too much glue and glued the extensions too close to my scalp (see pictures below) This caused me to have headaches when sleeping at night as the pressure from the glue kept pulling my scalp in different directions. I returned on 12/30 to have the extensions taken out, where they had to use PLIERS on my hair due to how much glue was on. I spoke with the manager (Roxanne) about my experience and she did not empathize with me and was told repeatedly it would cost $1,300 for everything with no exceptions. All I wanted was a simple apology for how terrible my experience was. I would not recommend this place to anyone bc 1. They could not apply my extensions correctly 2. Would not even apologize for the way it affected me

If I could give zero stars I would. Before my trip I didn’t have time to get my nails done. I did a walk in appointment for a manicure and pedicure. First I asked if they did dip. I was told no. Ok, no problem. I asked for gel and they said yes but it’s an up charge. Again, no problem, I want it to last. Pedicure went fine. When we moved to my nails, I don’t feel like the technician was trained to remove dip, so she really went to town grinding my nails down and nicking my skin more than once in the process. Two of my nails were broken so I asked for tips on those nails. She just said “no.” She finished the gel but I could tell something was off. She either skipped steps or it didn’t cure long enough under the light because it just felt fragile. My nails feel like half the thickness they usually are. In less than 24 hours both of my thumb nails have peeled off. A gel manicure should last 2 to 3 weeks. By this point in the day the salon was closed and I left first thing the next morning, so I could not return to the salon to have the poor work corrected. This was not a cheap service. After the mandatory 20% tip my bill was $282 for a terrible manicure and pedicure that didn’t even last 24 hours. This is almost 3x the price I would pay at home and I live outside of NYC. There is no incentive for them to do a good job by not having to build a client base and the mandatory tip. Save your money and time and do not go here. Terrible service provided for an exorbitant price.

I paid $260 for this, at the salon in caesers palace hotel FOR MY FATHERS WEDDING. The stylists were about to let me walk out of their salon like this, I got to my appointment at 2:00pm and the guy that first started on my hair asked me what I was trying to go for and I said “a half up half down braid with curls” and he said that he doesn’t do half up and half down but he can give me a blowout and throw some curls in it then said “you’re stuck with me” which through me off, that right there I should’ve spoke up lol.. My dads wedding started at 5pm, I’m not the type of person to complain or use my voice for the sake of other people’s feelings but I wasn’t happy with this at all and it was important to me since it was such a special day — so I spoke up and even apologized for what seemed to me like a million times for “overreacting”, they put me in another stylists chair and I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she couldn’t achieve that style either, why work at a salon in the wedding chapels department if you can’t even do wedding styles and or a simple French braid or braid at all. I ended up with two normal braids wrapped around with a tease and the girl who tried, tried her best but for the price of $260 I still wasn’t happy with it. I didn’t have much time by the time I got out of the salon chair. I was hurt and I bawled my eyes out leaving the salon, I was in a full blown panic attack. I was late to my dad’s wedding, couldn’t do my makeup either but it was their big day and I’m happy that they’re happy regardless. I don’t leave bad reviews so this should be telling you something, I would usually take my L and carry on but I felt I needed to share this cause I truly don’t want ANYBODY to feel the way I felt. It was weighing heavy on my chest. Please don’t come here especially for big events flying in from across country and paying thousands of dollars for a wedding save yourself the trouble and look for any other salon in advance, please.

First, I want to say that Lola gets 10,000 STARS. She is simply amazing and when I book an appointment with her, she's going to be the absolute most amazing part of my day. I cannot say enough amazing adjectives to describe this woman, we talk, she gets what I'm attempting to accomplish. I simply feel incredible by the time I'm done. The gals and manager that assist up front, absolutely amazing! I won't ever go anywhere else. Lets talk about Lola's workspace. Simply 1 STAR, it's a literal employee locker room, def not the highlight of my appointment. It's dark, gray, there is a gorge giant window that has an incredible view of the casinos surrounding us. When it's stormy, forget it, its like being in a bomb shelter. There is background music coming from somewhere, the speaker that I see in the ceiling doesn't seem to be working. So if she has to step away to get product or something, you're now sitting in a dingy room that you automatically strain to hear background music. Please, refresh the room, the rest of the salon is gorge... I love the the personal space with Lola, but it feels like we're both disregarded. Me as a client that has decided to give this salon my business and Lola as an employee. It's hard to be in the moment in that space. I want to give it all 5 STARS!

Called around noon for an appointment and they got me in at 2:00. It was the best pedicure I have ever had! The lady was very nice and did a fantastic job! Only thing it was kind of hard find. But definitely worth it once I found it!

I came here to have my wedding hair done and it was so perfect! Cody did my hair and took his time and was so attentive to detail, the end product was so beautiful it nearly brought me to tears. I've never felt more beautiful in my life I would give more stars if I could!

Most expensive pedicure I've ever had, lady that done it was hard work. I was the one making the effort to talk, didn't feel at ease at all. I paid 150 us dollars and it certainly wasn't worth it.

The tech was very nice..but the work is subpar.. 2 crooked nails great color thst I picked. It way way way over priced. I wanted to get some great work from a Vegas tech.. well she's very nice but did mediocre work. I paid 160 for something u could get for 30 or 60 bucks at home. Should of listened to the husband on this one

Absolutely shocked. Visiting from Australia, I went to get a wash, blow dry, and straighten. $150 US, = $220 AU, I know the dollar is up but that is ridiculous!!! It said it should have cost me $75 US for a wash and blow dry. Throughout the procedure, my wash was very quick, blow dry was very rough, and straighten did not straighten well at all! I still had fluffy hair. The whole procedure was rough on my head and feel it was definitely not worth the money! I got the exact same procedure done in NYC from another salon which cost me $50 USD, she did a fantastic job on my hair, I felt clean and my hair was straight as straight! I tipped her because I was so happy with the outcome! This place was ridiculous and rude.

I booked Hairdreams only a couple of weeks in advance of my wedding in Vegas. We flew out from the UK, and stayed at Caesar’s. When I got to the salon everyone was super friendly. I was met with a smile and Christina, my hair stylist, was beyond amazing. Not only is she a wonderful human being who is great to talk to, she really met my hair expectations perfectly. I went for a classic timeless look and was so happy when she finished. Thank you again for making me feel really special - if I lived in Vegas I’d come to you guys every time! ❤️

I had an appointment for a pedicure, and was politely encouraged to have the spa manicure too..without getting a price quote. My mistake. It was outrageously expensive- as in hundreds of dollars!! For what would have been $60 max in the SF bay area. Staff were friendly, but the area for the manicures was kind of hidden in the back with somewhat dim lighting.

Like everything else in Vegas, it’s overpriced—some things are worth it, others are not. Although my hair and makeup came out good…it wasn’t what I expected for a salon that is this expensive. Went in for makeup and was told I was getting airbrushed (great!) and eyelashes (wonderful!) but wasn’t warned this was above the already outrageous prices. I could have done my hair myself, I guess, and saved a LOT of money. I’m in Vegas; I get it.

Make your reservation here if you want them to RUIN your day. Our party had a confirmed reservation for 5 on the day of a wedding. We had guaranteed the reservation with a credit card and had a confirmation number. Showed up, and too bad, so sad. We have new owners and can’t honor your reservation. The salon is operating under the same name! So, only the bride got squeezed in, the rest of the party was out of luck. A pitiful sorry and a small discount was not enough. Poor customer service, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!!

On 11/22/2022 I came to this so called “fancy salon“ place for a color root touch up. Only ten minutes later after applying the color my hair was washed and blow dried and I was declared done although the dye had not covered my gray spots . The manager said that this was a special 10 minute dye. The stylist offered to do it again but I did not have the time . Results loss of my time and very limited coloring at all. I left with my hair damp, still with gray and $240.00 less in my wallet.

We made appointments MONTHS in advance for five of us to get our hair done for my friend’s wedding. When we showed up for our appointments, they told us they had changed management earlier in the week and the old management didn’t tell them about our appointments and they didn’t have room for us. They scrambled to fit in the bride, but the rest of us had to run back to our rooms and do our own hair for the ceremony. It caused so much stress for the bride on her special day.
