I have been coming to Hairetics & Lisa for 2 years and she always does an amazing job! Very precise, patient and detail oriented in a cosy gothic salon space.

Typically, salon haircuts are something prefer to avoid. However, the atmosphere as well as my first interaction with Christian immediately set me at ease. They listened to my concerns regarding my fine hair and it was clear throughout my service that hair health is a priority here. There was no pressure to know exactly what I wanted, and he was very receptive to any feedback throughout my appointment. For the first time in a long time, I was finally able to relax (rather than anxiously watching like a hawk, worried that the stylist might cut too much off or change plans on me). I LOVEEEE my haircut, and am so relieved to be done searching for a salon to commit to. Thank you :)

can’t recommend this place more! i had blue hair that i wanted to change to brown and lisa gave me exactly what i wanted. i plan on going to lisa for haircuts now as well. plus very goth and alternative friendly :)

Christian did an awesome job on my asymmetrical pixie haircut! It was exactly the look I had in mind, and I wasn't sure if I even described it right. Also, A+ for serving wine since I had arrived early for my appointment 🥂

Christian has been my stylist for the better part of 2 years now. And their work on my hair has been absolutely transformative! Both invested in making you look good and giving you the tools to have healthier better feeling hair. Flexible scheduling, excellent quality of service, and easy communication makes every experience at Hairetics exceptional. 11/10

I love this place 😍😍😍😍😍I'm like obsessed with my hair it's so perfect. It's exactly the way I wanted it to be. The colors are amazing, great pigments because they only use super quality products and it shows. My hair is so healthy even after 2 bleaches and new colors. They take such good care of you offering you wine while doing your hair and treating you like the queen you are. Right off of Folsom on 7th St this place is a jewel. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They do so much fun hair stuff here. Everyone is so talented and professional, I couldn't recommend it enough.

This is the best salon. The salon has been Covid responsible above and beyond. The salon is very welcoming to all people and does not discriminate. It’s a very safe space. On top of all of that, the hairstylists are phenomenal and so kind. They continue learning by keeping up with the best techniques and products. My hair has never been better. I visit every 4 months or so and I’m never disappointed. Take my money 🤍

This place is awesome. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with very reasonable prices. Christian gave me the perfect haircut while still keeping my hair at a long length. I was ready to chop a lot of it off but Christian's cut made my hair much more manageable while keeping the long hair length. And a wonderful relaxing scalp massage too! I'll be back for sure!!

This place is incredible! I had never dyed my hair before and wanted a purple balayage. This was a big change for me, and Christian did such a good job of answering all my questions and making sure it turned out how I wanted. They were very skilled and so friendly! They also did some treatments to help my hair maintain its natural curl. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Went in for my first visit and I am so happy with my hair. Highly recommend Christian! Felt like they really listened to what I wanted and knew how to pair that with my face shape and styling needs. Great overall vibe and very friendly staff. Definitely going back!

I've been going here since it opened. They are masters of the craft. My hair is naturally dark brown. Heather is able to keep my hair healthy and a pastel sky blue even when I'm in the water or at the beach and in the sun every day. It's like magic
