It's taken me 42 years for me to find someone as good as Gigi. Prior to meeting her, I've had more traumatic events happen to my hair than I can count. I've never had anyone listen to what I wanted and needed with my hair more than Gigi. Not only that, she performed an absolute miracle transformation to my hair! My only regret is that I didn't meet her sooner in life! She has a one-of-a-kind personality and is highly skilled and I feel like I've found a needle in a haystack! No matter how far you live away from Gigi's hair salon don't hesitate to make the appointment! You will NOT regret it! FACTS!

Danielle is beyond phenomenal! We drive an hour and half to have her work her magic routinely. Dani also does our oldest daughters. She also gives advice to lengthen the color or best way to style the cut and the use of any product for ease. These are attributes you aren't going to get from just anywhere!!!

I've been going here for a few years and won't go anywhere else. Amanda does a great job and very professional. Hair Factory is very reasonably priced. I got my hair cut and colored. The underneath is kind of faded due to it not being time to get it done yet

I don't usually do this, big surprise, with being a Karen and all. However, I booked an appointment, young lady was late. A simple cut, color and highlight took four hour's because she continued talking and leaving me sitting. I thought I would give them another try and see about making an appointment for my daughter's to have their hair cut. I understand if everyone is busy, that's not my issue, my issue is how I was made to feel when I called. It was like no one wanted to help, each time I called whomever I talked to was booked and told to call back later, call back later and they weren't there and told to call back tomorrow. You may want to have a receptionist and have a schedule because right now and the overall feeling is you guy's don't like new clients
