Highly recommend for haircuts and coloring! I’ve been seeing Rachael for years and have been so impressed by the quality of my haircuts. She does a wonderful job face framing and makes styling your hair so much easier. I also just had my hair colored/toned by Samantha and she’s also amazing. I had a hard time finding a good blonde colorist for a golden blonde and she was the first person to make sure the toner was left on for the perfect amount of time to create a golden blonde vs an icy color. Everyone is so kind there as well. Thank you all!

I recently got my hair cut by Micheal about a week and a half ago and I just needed to say that so far I have absolutely loved my haircut. As someone with really thick and coarse hair, I appreciate all the weight that he’s taken off of it and layering it in a way that makes my hair look and feel amazing. The ambiance in the salon was amazing as well!!

I followed Rachael Stoner from her previous salon. She is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had – her attention to detail and skill level is unmatched, and she has such a kind and positive energy as well. Rachael knows exactly how to cut my thick, curly hair so it falls perfectly in place, while also smoothing it out with the perfect blowout. Highly recommend!!

If you’re in DFW and looking for a new stylist, Rachael at Hair + Industry gives the BEST haircut. I would travel over an hour just to have her cut my hair! She is kind, talented, and you leave every appointment feeling more beautiful than you walked in!

Austin was fantastic! I had extremely long hair and I was very nervous about cutting it. Austin was great at calming my nerves, listening to my concerns and answering my questions. We ended up donating 8" of my hair and I was extremely happy with the cut he provided, as well as the overall service of the entire staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Hair + Industry.

Rachael Stoner has been cutting my hair for the last 2ish years. I’ve had a pixie cut most of my adult life and a number of hairstylists over 20+ years. Rachael is - by far - the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. Short haircuts on women are highly technical. Rachael understands that I don’t want to leave the salon looking like a man. She’s attentive and detail-oriented. It’s all scissors-over-comb and only uses clippers on my neck and around my ears. But what’s exceptional is the way her haircuts grow out over the next couple weeks. Her weight lines are perfectly balanced. My haircuts maintain their shape until it’s time for another cut. I have never had to come back in for her to fix something. Rachael is also a humble individual. She’s not bossy and she doesn’t gossip. She’s a top-notch professional who has honed her craft. Highly recommend.

I am so beyond impressed with this hair salon!!! Everyone was so incredibly nice and well educated! Michael cut and styled my hair and he gave me exactly what I asked for. I would 100% recommend Michael to everyone, the consultation was so great he asked all the right questions and was very confident and educated. I absolutely LOVE my hair!!!

Michael Matthews nailed it! My hair texture is naturally wavy, mild curl. I usually wear it with a big loose curl and it stays pretty smooth and straight with an iron. I do wear it natural often and with the wrong cut it will look frizzy, choppy, or mushroomy because my thickness is mostly in the back and lacking in the front sides. Michael cut perfect layers that accentuated my texture and framed my face perfectly to match the back layers so it curls perfect and lays perfect in my natural state. Picture is a day at the lake wearing a hat with only leave in conditioner! 50God/50Michael!

The owners, Samantha & Austin Finley, are TOP NOTCH and they've surrounded themselves with other high-quality, well-educated stylists. (The owners were stylists, instructors and executives at Toni & Guy for many years.) Sam & Austin now share their creativity and expertise here so if you're going elsewhere, you're going to the wrong place!

I got a hair cut with Bryon back in January, and ive never felt more confident and in love with myself since he worked his magic on me! not only was he warm & welcoming, but as an upcoming hairstylist, he was willing to answer any and every question i had about his techniques & how to achieve the look i was going for. truly the sweetest person ever, my hair has been growing flawlessly! thank you Bryon, i cant wait to go back soon! 🥰

Austin and Samantha are absolutely amazing!! I’ve seen them twice now and both times my hair came out exactly as I asked for. Their products work great and they are so attentive to detail and are incredible knowledgeable in their field. I have short hair that needs to be lightened every few weeks and it is difficult to find someone who is good with cutting my hair in a way that compliments my facial structure as well as getting a blonde tone that also compliments my skin, and together Samantha and Austin both created the perfect hairstyle for me. The salon is a laid-back, welcoming environment and they offer drinks and snacks as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Samantha and Austin are the best! I went in really needing help with my grey hair “transition” and Samantha made my color look SO GOOD that you don’t even notice the “grey” hair!
