Laurie and the whole staff are amazing! From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome and like an old friend. If you get the chance I can’t recommend Hairitage enough! If you’re not going here, you’re missing out!

Always a great experience! Atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and the employees always seem to enjoy each other’s company which translates to relaxed clientele. Very clean and professional. Highly recommended!

Got a haircut with Jade she was absolutely wonderful told her what I was thinking of I wanted and she delivered she gave me a beautiful cut with long layers my hair is so bouncy and healthy Thank you Jade and thank you Hairitage salon ! I found a new hair salon!

I had the best experience at Hairitage! Love the location and fresh airy feel inside the salon. I had called to make an appt to correct the work of a different place I went. Jade was so professional and amazing!!! I came in with a train wreck of blonding gone wrong (orange) and she brought my hair back to 100%. She is really in the right profession. Thanks for making my hair look so shiny and better. I love the color so much!

The girl was so nice even tho she was working on her birthday. She treated me like a new born baby during the hair wash and almost fell asleep with the head massage love it.

The shop is spacious, bright and very clean. Their prices are better than most of the other salons. The owner does amazing hair creations. Ashley cut my hair and did a great job. She was very meticulous and listened to what I wanted. She took her time washing and cutting my hair and used great products. I have only been here once but I was very impressed.

Came in to correct my unevenly faded hair ..$410 later and my color is still uneven . My roots are lighter than the rest of the hair . Pretty disappointed needless to say.

False advertising. They do NOT provide all of the services they are advertising. The photos on website and on Google are misleading. Called for simple box braids and they turned me down and said they “don’t provide that service” which they CLEARLY advertise that they do. Also do not understand how you will tell a customer that you do braids and you do loc retwists, but you don’t do box braids??? How does that make sense??? I calmly and politely told the girl on the phone this was very confusing and misleading and they should take the photos down that advertise that they indeed do provide this service and she just said “have a nice rest of your day” and hung up on me. I can understand that behavior if I was being rude, but I wasn’t. Extremely disappointed. I was really excited from looking at the website and reviews too and looking forward to finding my new spot since I just moved here. EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNERS RESPONSE: ALSO. FALSE. Cute of you to change your tune when the truth gets posted. What I have ARE the same as box braids, which I said on our call, and you said yeah we don’t do box braids. So allow me to educate YOU, you THINK I was asking you to crochet loc extensions to my hair…which by the way you don’t even know the texture of, but good job ASSuming. No. I was asking you to do box braids. And you told me you don’t offer that service anymore. Quit your lying trying to save face. 🙄 I gave a one star review because you’re a liar with bad customer service.

Hi this is Lilly, I went in today 20 minutes early and Ashley got me in quickly. I love the atmosphere, salon and the employees!! Ashley did my hair so pretty, I absolutely loved it!! I think this will be my go to salon. Ashley talked to me and kept me company while doing my hair and I absolutely love that. Thank you for everything girls! ❤️❤️ p.s. price is amazing

I went in without a reference photo for what I wanted done to my hair which was apparently a huge mistake. Almost nothing I said was taken into consideration as I asked for shoulder length hair with lots of layers and texture, slightly thicker bangs than I already had, and lots of face framing to blend the two together. I wish I would've told her I wanted a shag or a wolf cut instead because I walked out with an overgrown bob and blunt bangs with some texture. After my bangs were cut I asked for them to be blended better as they were completely disconnected from the rest of the hair, and my hairstylist was very nice and tried but barely did anything to it. I appreciated how nice the staff were but I was not given the chance before paying to give my feedback and I felt like what little I did manage to say had to be squeezed in.

I’ve been seeing Laurie for 13 years now and she is absolutely incredible! She and the other stylists are always so welcoming and the salon is extremely clean! They offer so many services, highly recommend!

Lori is the most unprofessional person you will ever speak to. You can already see the pure unprofessionalism within the comments she has left on these reviews. She is very stubborn and argumentative and NEVER wrong (sarcasm). I made an appointment, and it was magically canceled. Called to figure out why and I was told I'd be called back in 15 minutes because the front desk lady was a new employee. Nobody called me back. I called again and was told I'd be called back in 1 hour. Nobody called me back. 7 hours later I received a call from Lori, she told me they tried to call me twice to confirm my appointment, so they canceled it (they never called). I told her it's pretty unprofessional to constantly tell someone you will call them back within an hour, but never actually call. She told me that I should be grateful that she even called (7 hours later). She spent the whole phone call yelling, not letting me speak, under minding everything I said. Some of the worst customer service you will ever get. Let it be known, if you book an appointment with this place, 1. When you book your appointment, they will NOT warn you that they will call you twice for confirmation. 2. Chances of getting called to confirm your appointment is a toss-up, because they never called me. 3. If they say they are going to call you back in 15 minutes, just expect a call 7 hours later. 4. They will cancel your appointment at any moment. I recorded the phone call - so I am very anxious to hear the responses on social media that I get from this unprofessional business

This salon was a great experience. Amayah was my stylist - she was super nice and amazing with hair. She fixed my bangs and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. We discussed hair treatment options as well, and my hair felt so much healthier after going with her recommendation! Definetly going back!

Well, where do I start? Firstly, I am a Deaf client. In the past, I had a hard time finding dressers who would not put a barrier to communication between themselves and me. So, I called this place to see if they have availability. They said to come in! Before we hung up, they got everything the details that I wanted. Then I quickly came over, and then again checked in about what I wanted. Ashley understood the details! I love the purple color. I truly appreciate you, Ashley! Great salon for hair care. I took my kids here for hair cut and style. They both loved their cuts. The hairstylist are laid back yet extremely professional. The atmosphere was relaxing while I waited for them. The price was also very reasonable.

Very pleasant and laid back place full of nice people. Laurie is 😍 and amazing at her job. She worked with my vague instructions and I was really happy how it turned out. The music is always fun, too!
