I've been going to the Westwood village salon for years. All of the stylists are friendly and skilled- I've seen all of them and have yet to receive a service I wasn't happy with. Their prices are more than reasonable and I highly recommend them for any service they offer .

My son and I love coming to get our hair cut by Kristina. She’s so nice! She interprets what we want even when we don’t know how to explain clearly. There is rarely much of a wait and it’s easy to make appointments online. It’s also very affordable. We get so many compliments on our haircuts thanks to Kristina!

I’ve gone to this particular hair Masters three times, one to two hours before they close (according to the time posted on the door and the website ), each time they say they don’t have time to do my son’s haircut (despite two of them standing around doing nothing). I’ve never seen a staff so incredibly lazy, and discriminatory, bad business. DO NOT GO HERE.

I went in there today the gentleman after some problems pulls up my information on the computer tells me it's been 6 months since I had a haircut so it seemed to me he would know how I like my hair he had all my information he starts giving me a buzz cut and when I mentioned it he told me I could go somewhere else and get a haircut after he already cut off half my hair me and him almost come to blows because he's talking bad to me the lady tells me I'll call you and you can come back in and I'll fix your hair I do so and she does what she can and then charge me $35 for a haircut I didn't want to begin with mind you this is almost double what I've ever paid for a haircut at hair Masters to begin with how in the hell do they take a 20-dollar haircut screw it up and then charge me double unbelievable and I might add when I brought up HairMasters adult male haircuts that said $19 on the internet so they're going to give me a haircut there was nothing like I wanted to begin with and then charge me double what is advertised I am seriously offended not to mention the fact of all the vulgar words that stylist call me after he screwed up my hair

Kristina is the BEST in class! Extremely skilled with all styles/genders, knowledgeable, professional, proficient, pleasant and is a perfectionist! That being said, ev1 there is also excellent. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who is tired of searching for the right stylist!

Update: I started using them for color too - best decision ever. She is consistently cutting my hair exactly how I want it and I usually don't have to wait long for a trim or wash and blow - I call for appointment for color. I am still super happy with this place, especially my stylist. My favorite stylist is here, they usually have time to see me for a quick cut and it's exactly how I want it! 1990s rocker girl shag.

Nina is phenomenal. Just as Regina and Kristina are too but... Nina styled my hair today. My toughest critic (my lovely wife) gave me a big smile of approval when I returned home. Their all very caring stylists - I will only go here.

Wanted the sides/back trimmed- did not blend my hair at all. Cut the sides way too short even though I gave very specific instructions: I included desired clipper lengths and the location of what and how I wanted it cut. Photo included

I like the prices of the services that they do. Other places would have been twice or even three times the amount. As I was getting sat down for my haircut, a super nice lady offered to pay for my haircut so I was able to get a shave added for myself to buy because I could now afford it. It was such a wonderful experience. Regina was the super nice lady who cut my hair and she gave me her honest opinion on what I should do. I was originally going to do a number one all over my head but she recommended I do a tube on the top of my head to give my head a more uniform appearance and then taper off at the edges and I was pleasantly surprised. Regina was super sweet and understanding and patient with me and I appreciate that. Kristina at the desk was very kind as well and she helped me figure out how the payment system worked there. She also was very patient and informative of my questions and got them answered in a quick fashion. I will definitely give this place a five-star and I am very happy that it is affordable and very close to my place where I work. Service here is phenomenal and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend going here. :)

Have been coming here for 7+ years after struggling to find a good stylist since moving to the PNW and trying a million different salons...My husband and I see KRISTINA but ev1 here is AMAZING! Kristina is extremely professional,, reliable, kind, experienced and consistently takes the time and care to fulfill your needs efficiently and is such a pleasant and lovely human being! IMHO, the "OG" stylists and manager (Regina) here do NOT receive the true acknowledgement that they all HIGHLY deserve, for their sincere dedication, hard work , integrity, commitment and EXCELLENT service they have and continue to provide this community/location... Would HIGHLY recommend you see for yourself - they will not disappoint!
