I went in as a walk in originally for my daughter and they got me in as well. I love the ladies here. My daughter rated the with 1000 stars… I think we found our salon.

Usually I just sit quietly while I get my haircut at the barbershops I’ve been to and it was the complete opposite at Hairmosa. The stylists exude niceness, which made for a very welcoming environment. On top of that, one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten. 10/10!

First time customer of Christine’s! She went above and beyond my expectations and my hair turned out absolutely beautiful. I’d go as far as saying it’s my favorite do I’ve ever had! Customer service is very welcoming and warm, all of the ladies do a great job of taking care of you and making you feel like you’re a part of the family! The environment is very clean and relaxing. I will definitely be returning! I’d recommend this salon to anyone!

I wanted to go to this salon for my daughter's first haircut after reading all the great reviews but it was impossible to get a hold of them to make an appointment. I called 3 times one late afternoon around 4 with no answer so i decided id try again the next morning. I called 20 minutes after they opened and was asked if they could call me back in 10 minutes as they couldn't pull up the schedule. I waited an hour with no call back so i tried calling them and again 3 calls with no answer. I finally decided to just go somewhere else.

I went in for a haircut a day ago and got exactly what i did not ask for, and one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had to date. I showed the stylist a picture of face framing and long layers around the rest of the head and explained that was what I wanted, very simple. She gave me BANGS that were shorter than chin length (which is not just because they got curled), and zero other face framing. She then cut layers around the entire rest of my head that don’t even reach the beginning of my neck, some pieces are even shorter than the bangs in front of my face, and they’re not all even the same length. I cannot tie my hair into ANY sort of style, low bun/ponytail, no high ponytail/bun because either the bangs fall out or the sides of my hair-do. I spoke up during the haircut saying I wanted long layers around the rest of my hair but at that point she had already cut the hair, and all she said was “don’t worry I’ll blend in the layers at the end it will look good.” I was basically unable to see anything happening either because the mirrors weren’t low enough to see anything. What my hair looks like when it was dried straight was terrible, they weren’t blended and were so incredibly short. So she curled it and it barely hides how bad the layers are. My hair is essentially a wolf cut, and not even a cute one like Billie Eilish. I am very upset about this, it will take months to even get my hair to a semi-enjoyable or manageable state. However, when I called for a refund, Christie was very kind, she didn’t give me the haircut, but there is no fixing to this cut except for growing out because I didn’t want to lose even more hair.

Staff is diversely skilled and work great as a team. I'm always in good hands & never feel rushed. Hair designers take a lot of pride in their work, and I'm always happy to show off my hair.

This is such a top notch spot. Woman owned - clean, professional and I always come out happier than when came in. I go there to upgrade my hair and uplift my heart. I can't say enough good things about this place and team! HAIRMOSA is without a doubt, a local favorite.

今日、初めて予約で行きました。 予約のメールでは、オーナーのクリスティンさんがヘアカットの担当でしたが、来店した時に何かしらの理由で担当者がレベッカさんに変わりました。 しかし、レベッカさんは、英語が上手く話せない私に対して親身になって下さり、私のヘアスタイルのリクエストをしっかりと聞いてくれました。 それに、レベッカさんは丁寧に私の髪を切って下さり、何度も「こういう感じで良いですか？」と聞いてくれました。 レベッカさんは、私の髪を切った後、ヘアドライヤーを使って、私の肌や靴に付いた髪の毛を吹き飛ばしてもくれました。凄く優しい方でした！！ 私は人が多いことや広い場所が苦手で、凄く緊張をしてしまいます。 ですが、HAIRMOSA SALONは、スタッフも多過ぎず、店内も広過ぎず、すぐに緊張が解れ、落ち着きを取り戻せました。 私個人的には、広々としたサロンより、プロのヘアカットリストが沢山いるサロンより、HAIRMOSA SALONのようなサロンが断然良いです！！ 最後に、HAIRMOSA SALONに一つアイディアがあります。 私は日本のヘアサロンとアメリカのヘアサロンの両方の違いを知っています。 そこで、お客様の髪を洗う際、顔を覆う為の小さなタオルのような物を使ってみて欲しいです。 これは、殆どの日本のサロンが行なっているお客様への配慮だそうです。 私は未だにアメリカのヘアサロンでそのようなことを行っている所を見たことがありません。 小さなタオルで顔を覆う理由ですが、お客様の顔に水がかからないように、お客様の化粧が落ちる原因にならないように、リラックスして貰えるように行なっているそうです。 HAIRMOSA SALONの参考になって頂けたら幸いです。
