Gracie Chambers here is the only person i’ll let touch my hair. She does great work, super thorough, honest, and friendly. You definitely won’t be bored sitting in her chair. I always leave feeling like the prettiest girl in the world. love her and highly recommend 10/10

I’ve been going to HaIrpeace since 1996… Ethan Brewer is “The Best!” He makes you look and feel beautiful. Also, he is one of the most kindest and honest Hairdressers you’ll ever find. He’s more like family to me after all these years together! Also, the rest of the staff is amazing as well! If you’re looking for a new place OR need advice on what to do to make yourself look and feel up-to-date or in-style… HAIRPEACE should be your new Salon!😊

Hair was Not correct that was ordered to begin with, had to have 3 appointments within 2 months at $375. A pop with no satisfaction and between hair falling down constantly continue to excuses about the beads or continued. Excuses about how you brush your hair. It is monotonous. You need to beware of this place because you will be ripped off. And you will be walking around like a total embarrassment with hair hanging in here and there. All the time Go somewhere else

I want to start off this review off by stating I have NEVER left a one star review for any place of business in my life, however this experience needed to be adressed. I just tried to call today (1/23) to make an appointment and the lady that answered was incredibly rude. She answered the phone with "Hello" zero introduction to who she or the business was. I proceeded to ask her if they were taking appointments and she said "no". That was it. I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere. My sisters go to this salon and see Sarah Jane (that's who I was calling for) and recommended it to me but after this experience and not even getting the chance to speak with Sarah Jane I will have to find a different hair salon.

Wanted to try this salon for a 'short trendy' hair cut and they recommended Ethan. I called to schedule and what a surprise to hear $95 his charge for a hair cut ...hey, this isn't CA or NY people! I've been getting a pretty decent cut else where for $55 so think it prudent to stick with where I'm now going. Just sayin' if you're thinking of going here.

Was in search of a new stylist since mine moved on. Someone in my neighborhood suggested Hairpeace and I choose to book with Cara. She did an amazing job and was so nice. Will definetly be going back and will refer anyone looking for stylist. Thank you!

I have visited so many high end hair stylists in West Knoxville looking for someone to help get my hair healthy after years of bleach and extensions but no one compares to Ethan. . I’ve only been going to him for 6 months and my hair is so pretty and healthy It has never looked this good . My hair is fine and curly and has always been so hard for me to style but the way he cuts it makes it lay so pretty and so easy to style he sure knows his stuff He is so nice and professional …. Thank you Ethan your the best!!

Katie at Hairpeace is amazing at what she does. Super professional and knowledgeable. And just a very kind person in general. I’m clueless when it comes to hair and accidentally booked a 30 minute window and walked in with bleached hair and 6 inch roots. She knew just what to do and gave me some really nice highlights to blend my roots and a nice glaze. Can’t wait to go back and see her again! Thank you Katie!

Maybe they are a wonderful place but I didn't get the chance to experience it. I am new in town so I asked someone with great highlights where she went. I called and left a message because I wanted color, highlights and a cut and their online scheduling was not being cooperative. It's been a week and I haven't heard from them. I gave a week because it was Thanksgiving and I figured they were closed. If they ever call me back I may change my review.

My sister introduced me to Hairpeace several years ago and frankly, you couldn't pay me enough money to go anywhere else. Todd Mullins is the only person on this planet allowed to cut my hair. Seriously awesome!
