What an incredible place. I have never been more relaxed in my life. I fell asleep and woke up to someone massaging my head. I would recommend this to everyone I know!!

Abby is the ONLY person I trust with my hair from now on. Not only is this space clean, calm, and fun- but Abby is the most vibrant and kindhearted soul out there with SO much knowledge to back her up. She will never do anything that looks off, she works with what I want and makes it 10x better every time. Blown away with her competence and skill in cut and color, you NEED to try her out ❤️❤️❤️

I did the one hour ASMR experience with Julia, who was superb! It was so lovely 2/3 of treatment on my back (laying on stomach), then final third on front (laying on back). Table very comfortable! Loved the music and lights. The weighted eye mask and cooling rollers were the best part! Love love love! Will definitely be back next time I am in OK.

I went today. I got a facial from Shelbi- it was amazing! She used gentle products made for sensitive skin. The room was relaxing- the bed was super comfy and she had just the sweetest spirit. 10/10 on the facial. The Japanese headspa was literally heaven! It felt so luxurious. She washed my hair, massaged my gear and neck and even the base of my skull. The products felt amazing and smelled so good. The water stayed the perfect temp and although others mentioned it- I never felt her fingernails. Again another 10/10. If you haven’t tried them- go!!!! It was incredible!

My experience here is always amazing. I've gotten the Japanese head spa and the girls that I've gotten each time always do an amazing job. It's super relaxing and very effective for someone that has dry flakes. I wish I can be in there for 2 hours! Totally recommend!

Such an incredible experience with my hairdresser Abby! I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in a long time because I was growing it out for my wedding. Abby gave me the big chop and we had the best time together. My hair has never felt healthier thanks to Abby!

I don’t usually do much with my hair, but when it comes to Abby, I trust her completely. Her expertise and skill are unmatched, and I always know I’m in good hands. Recently, she did a stunning balayage for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s exactly what I wanted, and I’ve been receiving so many compliments ever since. I’m so grateful for her talent and attention to detail—it’s always a great experience getting my hair done by Abby!

This was the most relaxing wonderful thing I could have done for myself. I got the 75 minute hairplay ASMR. Within minutes of laying down I was completely relaxed. I don't think my blood pressure had been that low in a long time. Everything the girl that I had today did was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

AMAZING is how I would describe my experience. I got the Japanese treatment done and my hair feels amazing! I wish I could remember the girls name, but she did a wonderful job. She was gentle and super nice. I highly recommend treating yourself to this, you will be so relaxed and your hair will thank you!

Go check this place out!!! I went for the first time today as a “treat yo-self” moment for my Birthday and was not disappointed. I got the glow facial & head spa service for 75 min of relaxation. Emily and Denby made my experience so enjoyable! I caught myself dozing off a couple times on during the head spa. 💆🏻‍♀️🚿

Ashley did such a great job with my appointment! I got the Japanese head spa done and it was so relaxing I fell asleep while she took care of my head/hair. The location is in a strip mall kinda towards the back but there’s plenty of parking.

Emily did a GREAT job! I did the scalp detox and not only is my scalp clean (the before and after pictures were so cool) it feels cool and healthy! So relaxing!

Long story short, I made an appointment and they were not able to perform this due to a website issue. 1) I had to make the appointment through Vagaro due to if you Google this business that was the only way to make reservations online, even their owners Instagram had that link when I booked. This has now been updated, but when you search Hairplay on Google, Vagaro still pops up except now when you attempt to schedule it will asks you to call them. I made my reservation on 1/31 prior to the owner posting the online booking services were temporarily disabled, and even if I had made the reservation AFTER that post the website should not have let me book. Probably because it wasn't down yet? 2) When I showed up for my appointment, I walked in to the business to no employees and one lone customer waiting for her service. I sat down and waited for a few minutes before someone walked in with some shopping bags. Strange that the employee didn't check the computer to ensure that no one was booked for the next 30 minutes before they left. I approached and let her know I had an appointment for 2:15, this employee said that a Julie (or maybe Julia) would be with me. I guess she went to the back to look for this employee, and she returned with another employee who asked my name. I went back to sit down because I could tell something was clearly wrong. The two employees kept walking past me, and finally I heard the second employee on the phone (I guess she had called the owner/manager) and I could overhear her saying something along the lines that Julie wasn't there and that she couldn't help me because she had a 2:30 appointment. Finally both employees come over and apologize to me but state that the website shouldn't have let me booked that date/time & that they would gladly refund what I had paid and give me a free service to makeup for the issue. I had actually left, and walked back in because I wanted to try to reschedule it while I was there but the receptionist told me that someone would "call, email, or message" me. It has now been 7 business days and no one has reached out to me regarding this. I'm not upset that I'm not receiving this "Free" service, I'm upset that I was not seen and not one person has reached out to atleast reschedule. If you really want to come here I suggest calling to confirm the appointment, or maybe the new booking website will work. I find it baffling that no one checked the reservations and noticed that "Julie" wasn't there. If they had called me a few hours prior to try to reschedule this would have saved everyones time.

I had the ASMR Gold Treatment and wow it was great. So relaxing. I love how much time was spent on my scalp as normally this is an overlooked or minimally worked spot during a standard Swedish massage. I also loved the ear massage. Such a wonderfully unique massage to experience.

Perhaps err on the side of caution if you have curlier hair. I booked a Japanese Gold Session without treatment. Atmosphere was overall lovely and very well kept. However, I’m not sure I could recommend this business at this time to friends or colleagues with curly/coily hair types. I have a 3b curl type and naturally want to make sure businesses can service my hair type. I think it is important to perhaps review expectations with staff on how to properly care for curls/coils during service. My technician did audibly struggle to detangle my hair post wash although I had already detangled and braided prior to service. I want to stress that she did not at any point cause me pain during the service which I do really appreciate. Afterwards, she did tell me “I would cry if I had your hair type”. This type of comment would usually be inappropriate in most situations; but is especially insensitive considering the nature of the business.

I received the Hairplay ASMR gold service as a birthday treat from my husband and it was phenomenal. It's exactly like ASMR videos you watch on YouTube with feathers, combs, hair scratching, tingles for the hour! It was very relaxing. I will be going back for the Japanese head spa experience ASAP!

I want to preface this review by saying that I think this location has tremendous potential and I love the concept, and that they are offering a niche service not found in many locations in the U.S. That being said I want to leave an honest review in hopes that some changes might be made to help the business live up to its full potential. My mother and I both came in for the Japanese head spa silver experience. We had consecutive appointments, and so had the same service provider....so this review is based on our opinions but they are limited to the same person, so our issues may be due to that provider, and others may have a different experience. I will just list the pros and cons below. Pros: the facility is clean, well kept, and relaxing. There are spa amenities for before and after your service, which is appreciated. Our appointments were on time and the staff was so kind and professional. The products that were used during the service were great and left my hair feeling and looking wonderful. They even provide products and styling tools to use free of charge if you don't purchase hair styling after the treatment. Cons: there was minimal stimulation of the scalp. Both my mother and I felt disappointed by this. We expected there to be more scalp stimulation, either with hands or implements. What we received was a slightly more involved hair washing while lying flat. I have had a more relaxing scalp treatment just going to a salon and having my hair washed by my stylist. Given that this is usually included with other services for free at salons, it seemed very silly to pay $65 for something that didn't feel nearly as good. My scalp was barely touched and it was nothing like what we saw on the company's videos online. Additionally, the water used during the service was ice cold, like....take your breath away cold, it was very startling. It is a major disappointment. We are not frugal about our self-care or luxury services,but it was truly unfortunate to spend $65 on something that was minimally enjoyable and at times uncomfortable. We would have chosen to go somewhere for a massage if we had known what the service would really be like. I would be very hesitant about going back here, unless they did a major overhaul of the service and could meet the expectations they put forward online. I do want this business to succeed because I think it has great potential and fills a niche area in OKC.

Oh my word!!! I did the Japanese Head Spa Relaxation package and it was wonderful! I fell asleep a few times. So many different techniques are used. Jordan did mine and she was so thorough. The products she used, left my hair feeling so soft and silky. The spa has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere when you go in. Will definitely be going back!

This lawn was very spacious, bright, and clean.Denby, my stylist,was very.professional! He knew exactly how to cut my hair the way I wanted it. The prices here are very fair and reasonable. The waiting room is very comfortable and the place is well lit up inside. I would most definitely recommend this hair salon and ask for Denby!
