My teen boys have been going to Kevin even before he started Halcyon Hair Studio. He is very kind, super talented and takes his time to really listen and understand what the client is trying to achieve. Kevin took the time today to help my 15 year old understand what he needs to do in order to achieve the look that he is going for. I highly recommend Kevin at Halcyon for all of your barbering needs. :)

Emily has been cutting my hair beautifully since my last stylist retired a couple of years ago. She knows what she's doing and although she just cuts my hair I've seen her work with color and all types of hair...she's wonderful and sweet, on top of all that talent! I used to work as a hair stylist and can't do my own hair, but I'm fussy about how it comes out and I can't go wrong with Emily. And Kevin cut my husband's hair and did a terrific job with that and his beard trim! HALCYON is a great place to get your hair done! Karen Sparling

Emily has cut my hair for a few years and I have been so pleased after each visit. Many times I am not sure what I would like to do with my hair so I ask Emily for ideas and opinions. She has helped me get my hair just the way I like it every time! I highly recommend her!

Hey everyone if you’re in need of a hairdresser look no further. Emily at Halcyon Salon is fantastic! I came in with a head of dry, frizzy, dull, damaged hair and she work a complete miracle. OMG my hair is now beautifully conditioned, shiny, silky and gorgeous 🥰. She is now my go to miracle worker. Strongly recommend her for your hair stylist.

I've been going to Kevin for quite some time now and this was the first time visiting him in his new Salon. Another great cut and a really nice spot. Great to see he and his partner working together. I always get a great cut and now that I have moved out of state I plan my haircuts so that I can see him.

Kevin cut my 9 year old autistic son’s curly hair and did great job. My son has problems keeping still and is weary of people touching around his ears. Kevin did great job working around those issues while giving great hair cut.

After moving to COS, my curly-headed teen got a horrible cut elsewhere and a few mediocre ones to follow. Then we found Kevin, and he got the best haircut of his life. My other son, not curly-headed, but very particular about his hair (and has two challenging cowlicks), also loves his cuts and styles with Kevin. They love spending an hour getting pampered and having full focus on them. This isn’t an assembly-line in and out in 15 minutes barber experience. Kevin takes his time to really shape and craft each haircut and the care and quality truly shows.

Emily is a fantastic stylist! Her haircuts are always excellent, and she goes the extra mile - a great head massage while she washes your hair, taking her time with the cut and styling. And she's just delightful to be around - kind and warm. She's been cutting my hair now for 3 years, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Emily is one of the BEST hair colorist EVER!! Talented and sweet.. Highly recommend. I had very dark brown hair and another stylist had made it orange, Emily repaired my hair, she corrected the color and made it the most beautiful color blond!! Ps I rarely write reviews, I felt compelled to give a big shout out to Emily!!!!

Easily the best barbering experience I’ve ever had. Super great and relaxing environment with a great haircut. I used to think I had some kind of condition that doomed me to terrible haircuts but Kevin has gotten me right. 10/10, A+, 5 stars, all that good stuff, I can’t recommend this place more.

Kevin is a great stylist. He listens and understands what you want before he begins and he’s laser focused once he gets started. A true barber with a stylist’s know how. He can manage facial hair as well. If you need a beard trim, this is your guy.
