had a wonderful experience at the salon! Joe, the owner, really listened to my directions and delivered exactly what I wanted with my hair color – it turned out amazing! I was also impressed by the use of non-toxic products, with no harsh chemicals involved, which made the process feel safe and refreshing. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a professional, pleasant, and health-conscious hair experience.

I use Hairprint to restore the underlying color to my gray hair. I'm a macho guy who likes to look purdy for the girlies. Hairprint works wonders to color my gray hair. You must know what you're doing to administer the Hairprint product. Joe (Hale proprietor), knows what he's doing, and is a no B.S. kind of colorist/stylist, his knowledge resonates with his discerning audience. As an experienced colorist, Joe can apply any product out there worth talking about, and if it's a substandard, he'll steer you away from it. Joe is a full together salon owner... get ready for the real deal. Make your way over to Hale's artsy salon... you just may decide to move in!

My first visit to Hale today was a great experience. A beautiful airy loft-like salon with excellent customer service. Dale gave me a single process and my color came out exactly how I wanted and I am very happy with the result . I highly recommend Hale, they use only the highest quality organic products that are the safest on the market. I am happy to have found my new hair salon and look forward to my next visit. Booked an appointment to get my hair washed and blown out and when I got there they said they didnt have an appointment for me. Come to find out the person who scheduled it scheduled it for the wrong day and they did not want to do anything about it. Extremely unprofessional of them to not want to fix their own mistake.

I had a fantastic experience at Hale today. I had scheduled a first time appointment with Joe for highlights per a friend’s recommendation. I didn’t know what to expect as I have been disappointed by hair stylists many times in the past. Joe really listened to what I said and did exactly what I wanted, which means a lot to me. It is such a relief to find a salon that uses non-toxic products. You are not chocked by the usual smell of chemicals when you walk in, and the dye that Joe used even had a flowery smell - nothing like the typical bleach smell I was used to. Everyone I came in contact with at the salon was really nice and I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

One of the prettiest salons for sure. Haven’t done color in a long time cause I was worried about it destroying my hair and making them dry. The highlights I had done at Hale are so beautiful and subtle and my hair is still in great condition. Definitely worth the price!

Hale is the best salon. Joe (the owner) has cut my hair for a decade, I followed him to several places before he opened Hale and I still come down from Boston to have him cut my hair after leaving NYC 4 years ago!
