I made a review before and deleted it but after I just received another phone call by a rude associate, here I am. I do not recommend this company. Dr Wrye’s medical assistant is wildly unprofessional and has a horrible attitude. Prior to seeing the doctor, I voiced how I had a history of SA and this was a huge deal for me having someone seeing me unclothed in any way. When the doctor came in and I started to tear up, he started joking about how people don’t usually cry when they seem him, which is wildly inappropriate. I just had an associate call me for an updated address and when I asked why she kept saying paperwork. I informed her there is no paperwork I need or want so she states, “are you refusing to give an updated address?” Again, no one needs my new address or any information about me due to the unprofessionalism that I experienced at this office. I deserve an apology, to be honest. The associate then talked over me aggressively and hung up. I cannot recommend this business. My experience was awful and continues to be. I want every one from this business to stop contacting me.

I had an arm lift by Dr. Hall on June first and I am so pleased with my results. The pictures attached are only 12 days post op and I am absolutely in love with my results. My after care has been top notch. Dr. Hall and his entire staff have taken great care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Hall.

This WHOLE OFFICE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I have ever dealt with!! Thank God early on I recorded our conversations!! Jacqueline is rude, and she canceled my appointment the day before I was to see the doctor, because I reached out to a mutual friend to find out her experience. Which she said was a good one and to give them a other shot. Which I was until Jacqueline called me up the day before my appt. And canceled it. Because she had talked to this mutual friend, and heard my concerns. I can't believe Jacqueline took a private conversation I had with a friend and went to work , and then canceled my appt. She said her boss Tracy encouraged her to do so. That just blew my mind. So I just called the office, spoke with a Sara, who pretty much told me in not so many words I was a liar!! Thank God I recorded all of my dealings with this office. When I made my appt in the office to see the doctor Jacqueline came out and said " you have canceled a couple of appointments before, so we'll schedule you one more, then we won't schedule you again. So I had to discuss my private medical information with her about how I had gone through chemo, and radiation. She was still so rude to me that I then asked her name, and her bosses name. So I'll be taking legal action as my lawyer said my dealing with this office are very disturbing !! I'll be following up with him today! And if you have an issue with one office member dont waste your time talking to anyone else in the office, because there more interested in covering each other's backs, then trying to make things right , or fix the problem!! I asked if the doctor was aware of the way there behaving. She said the doctor is aware of everything they do. Which is even more disturbing ! Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! Add on to the comment from Hall and Wrye..... Yea my birth name is Waynette Ayers! I canceled 2 appointments because this was my first time going through BREAST CANCER! SO as a woman I wanted to get my breast back as soon as possible, so after chemo I made an appointment. Your office called me asked me if I went through chemo. I said yes, your office then said cancel my appt. And call back when I was done. So I did that. Made another appt. Then your office called back and said are you going through radiation? I said yes. Your office canceled my appt. And told me to wait 4 months until after surgery. So I did that and made another appt. And when I walked in, I was welcomed with the disturbing service from your office. Having to defend myself, and talking about my breast cancer, infront of a full lobby! Your damn right I'm not a patient, LOOK AT THE WAY JACQUELINE AND TRACY TREATED ME! I let it go, when I could have sued! Now I'm going to the BBB! You two should never be the first person a patient talks to!! You traumatized me! I let your office crying! I even left my ID, I was so upset, and you all threw it away, cause I never got it back! Shameful!

This review is for the med spa! Everyone at this location is just super friendly and professional. Alyssa is a GEM! I never thought I’d find someone like her after switching from my longtime injector last year. Change is good! I love her outgoing fun personality and her skills are legit. She is very gentle in her work and checks in with you often. I am 46. I have volume loss throughout lower face, temples, and pre auricular/cheekbone area. She is a rockstar with Sculptra! Alyssa leans towards a more natural look with fillers. She is the BEST at botox too!! She is the only one to properly inject the DAO (muscles that pull corners of mouth down) without leaving me with a crooked smile. She is good, really good. I trust her completely!

Dr. Hall is a gentle man and an excellent surgeon. No scars and very attentive to your recovery. I have experienced his work and his perfection when it comes to excellence is like no other I have ever seen on other women, or myself. And his staff is amazing. Love Sam (micro needling) on me. Upbeat and again, great attention to detail. Trust and love Dr. Hall and staff!!

From the first time I walked into Dr. Hall's building I felt at ease. From the ladies at the front desk to Sarah in the scheduling department and last but certainly not least, the wonderful Dr. Wesley Hall. I had a mommy makeover and when i need some thigh liposuction next spring, there is no other Plastic Surgeon I would even consider. Hands down the best in Reno. I would highly recommend Dr. Hall if you are considering going down the plastic surgery route. You will be extremely glad you did.

I’ve had the best Botox experience of my life so far with this clinic. They are thoughtful and conservative in their approach, which is what you want, and their nurse injectionists have a very soft hand. Can absolutely refer and recommend for BOTOX treatment.

So while I ended up not having any procedures done here, I cannot recommend this place enough. Immediately upon walking in, I was pleased with how calm and exceedingly clean this office was, something I always worry about post pandemic. The staff was so kind and attentive, I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being judged. Doctor Wrye was honest with me about what my options were for cosmetic surgery, what I could do to have my expectations met, and what I could expect if I wanted to go with certain options. Sarah was an absolute doll, she was funny, delightful, and wickedly smart. She went over all my pricing options, told me what she thought would work best for me, and was the cherry on top of this wonderful experience. If you are wondering where you should go, feel confident in this choice, as you will not be disappointed.

While Dr. Hall is great, the office staff he employs is NOT! I have been through chemo and finished treatment. I saw Dr. Hall and i decided to proceed with breast reconstruction. I was called by Jacqueline to schedule the surgery. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get to the phone the first time she called and it went to voicemail. I have tried to call her back for a week and a half. She attempted to return my call ONCE. I tried again today. Was told she was with a patient. I told them I would call her back in half an hour as I did not want to leave a voicemail again. I call back and she’s in clinic again - whatever that’s supposed to mean. I tell Kathy that I have been trying to reach her all week. She proceeds to say they are short staffed and all she can do is send me to her voicemail AGAIN. As the customer, I do NOT care that you are short staffed. It just makes your office sound like you make excuses for your poor service. Apparently they are too busy to schedule surgery and don’t want my money. I have never experienced an office so incredibly unprofessional. ZERO customer service. I hope Dr. Hall reads this as his office staff is terrible!!! I will go somewhere else where they actually want to do business with me. AVOID this place. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

As I have been getting older I have noticed wrinkles in my forehead and considered doing botox but was really uncertain on how it works and what the cost would be.. I came in to consult with Alyssa for the treatment and she was more than professional and gave me all the accurate medical information to make a decision and couldn't recommend her and Hall and Wrye more. Wonderful staff and great experience

I’ve been getting Botox/filler for the last few years, this place is my new favorite! The staff are very kind and ready to help and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend going to Rachel for your filler & Botox! She’s quick, friendly, listens to your concerns and helps figure out what is best for you, and of course is great at what she does! Overall a great experience every time I go!

My 1st appointment with dr Hall was good. I would rather do my review after the surgery. I felt after meeting with him that I am in good hands to move forward with the surgery. He has a great reputation. I do have some additional questions that I will go over with his staff beforehand but I feel I'm in good hands. Worst experience ever. After surgery was a nightmare. I thought I picked the right doctor but I was wrong. I got an infection and when his medical assistant couldn't be bothered I went to my regular who put me on antibiotics immediately. Also I paid extra to remove extra skin that he said wouldn't be an issue and after 5000.00 later I still have the extra skin and his office told me basically to bad as there is no guarantee

My husband got me lip fillers for anniversary and I always had symmetric lips..all I wanted is a bit of a volume. The result was not what I expected...looks like Rachel missed one side and now I look like I have a cleft lip:( I absolutely hate my lips now and can’t look myself in the mirror or on the pictures. I called about the issue and they said that just a checkup is $90 plus anywhere between $600-900 to fix what THEY have done wrong...I feel that it is not fair.

Very knowledgeable, not pushy like a car’s salesman, they are up front and honest, leave the decision making to you, and they make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend!!!
