I go religiously to have Amanda and her girls keep me airbrushed and tan and they do such an amazing job! From the first day I walked in everyone just made me feel so welcome and important like I was a priority and months later it hasn't changed a bit, the results I've gotten from my facials are absolutely unbelievable. Went for a facial and the facial itself was nice BUT the esthetician tried to upsell the products the entire time, making the atmosphere much less relaxing than it could have been. The big issue was the price - there are no prices published on the website/booking site so I (wrongly) assumed the price would be 150-200, since it was a standard facial. It ended up being 250, 269 with tax, and of course a tip, so it came to around 300. Normally i would tip 20+ percent but not when the base price is so much for a regular facial! 300 for a 50 minute facial in Albuquerque is absolutely insane. The salon will no doubt argue the price is so high based on the « superiority » of their products, but I had one of the worst breakouts of my adult life afterwards. So disappointing! Edit: offering MORE of their low quality products is simply not good customer service. Clearly I would not be interested in booking again, as I wasn’t happy the first time - fool me once and all that. Furthermore, prices should be on the website, not a « discussion » at the salon before the appointment. If you want to charge 250 for a facial, then it needs to be AT LEAST an hour and needs something special. Exfoliation, a mask, and cleansing is standard practice for anything facial- not sure what made it luxury.

Halo med spa is the best in the city! Amanda and the whole staff were amazing, they all take so much pride in their work. The vibe is always on point and Amanda is so knowledgeable in the many services they offer as well as the line of products she uses. Not sure what's going on at Halo, but in the past couple months I've had 3 aestheticians leave unannounced, to include yesterday when I waited outside the building for a confirmed appt but no one ever showed up Owner said today that she "just didn't hear the doorbell;" no apologies or efforts on her part to reach out and explain what happened. Unbelievably unprofessional for a business in which clients spend a fair amt of money and have many options for providers.

I visited Halo Med Spa and spent way too much money on products that not only made my acne worse than before, but many have witnessed the employees violate HIPAA by gossiping about my personal skin problems and sharing photos online without my knowledge and consent. From personal experience, be weary of your business at this med spa.

I have been to Halo twice to see Vivian for Botox in my masseters. It has totally fixed my TMJ pain and locking jaw symptoms. Very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle.

I just wanted to say…I had an AMAZING experience with Vivian! I have wanted to get lip filler for a while, but I waited because I wanted to go to someone I really trusted. Vivian was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. She also made sure we didn’t over fill my lips, and they came out looking very plump and natural! I have overall been very pleased with all of her services! Highly recommend Vivian! :)

I went to go get my lips filled for the very first time. And I was so nervous about the entire process such as how bad it was going to hurt or what the cost was going to be in aftercare. I have gotten laser hair removal in the past, but never anything cosmetic. I went to Vivian and she is so sweet and so kind and walked me through the entire process and for my consult it was super easy talking to her. I paid around $700 for one full syringe and while I was shopping around at other spas normally they cost 900 so this is a good deal. I would definitely say keep out for deals because filler can be expensive I did and that’s why it was 700. I wanted to say that when I walked in to get my procedure done I was so nervous but I did get the numbing cream, which was an additional $15 I believe. I thought it was so worth it. I was so nervous but Vivian was able to sit there with me and go step-by-step when she injected my lips. What I mean is that she would do inject spots at a time so that way she could see what I wanted. and I did end up using 3/4 of a syringe instead of a full one, but they were the luck that I wanted and I’m so happy with them! I was scared that she was just gonna put the whole without asking me, but no, she didn’t. She took her time and listen to what I liked and what I didn’t like. And with the aftercare, she made sure to text me and allowed me to text her every single day for the past three days afterwards because I was so nervous cause they were so, swollen. However, she calmed me down and is a great person to work with. I will totally be coming to her from now on for any cosmetic needs as she made me feel safe in a situation where I was so nervous. I would totally recommend and the spa is so beautiful and it’s so clean and all the other ladies are really really nice that I’ve observed them talking to other clients so if you’re thinking about getting any procedure done, I would definitely come to Halo med spa!!!! The photos are before and after and the most recent photo is about 3 to 4 weeks afterwards and I love my results!!!

I have waited a while to write a review because I wanted to give my skin time to respond to everything I've been doing at Halo. I am writing this review after seeing Trese consistently for 6 months. I found Halo after a horrible time at another med spa where I was spending $$$ per facial and still looking EXACTLY the same. I don't mind spending the money AND a girl needs to see things are moving in the right direction. That is when I moved to HALO and found Trese - the skin whisperer. I let her know that I had just turned 40 and I wanted to do everything I could to look my best as I age. She understood the assignment. She changed my skin care routine and recommended treatments to get me to my goal. My skin has changed before my eyes!! Ive honestly never had great skin- I had acne forever, then after kids I went from acne to melasma. Needless to say, I have not known a life where I get compliments on my skin. Now I collect compliments on my skin like it's my full time job! Like the other day, I went to pick up my son from high school and the guard at the entrance asked me for my student ID. I said me? Sir, I am this boys MOTHER. He said "I'm so sorry!" In my head, I thought: don't be sorry, you made my day. The point of all this is not that I think I look as young as a high school girl...the point is I can still have great skin as I get older and that feels really good. She is a skin genius!

Vivian is very knowledgeable about the injections and most of all caring. Vivian checked in with me weekly to ensure I had no side effects. Vivian provided nutrition advice that helped me make healthier choices . I recommend Vivian for your weight loss journey. Vivians positive and encouraging attitude is a ray of sunshine.

I loved my experience at Halo med spa! They have a lot of treatments to offer and they really take the time to pick out the best treatment for your skin. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I specifically saw Michelle the most and she was so knowledgeable and welcoming. I loved our conversations and look forward to seeing her at every appointment. It really is a great place.

I’ve been goin to Halo Spa for over 3 years. I’ve been using the Zo products since. I rarely wear makeup now. My skin looks amazing thanks to Amanda and her staff. The hydro facial is my favorite and I highly recommend it. I hope you all try it. Love all the ladies at Halo, so friendly and welcoming.

The HALO team is the absolute best here in town! They listen to your needs and don’t try to force anything on you. They are honest, professional and kind. I was a little scared at first, but they talked me through everything and totally made me feel at home. Happy to recommend again and again!
