Although DP can cut and color i experienced bullying and intimidation when asking questions about the process. Customer service from the dark side here......run away....dont just walk.

Always look forward to Dina Day! She does a fabulous job on my long tresses, we laugh and catch-up and I leave feeling like a million bucks!! I’ve been a client for 12 years and have never been disappointed. Salon is always neat and clean with great music! Betsy and Debbie are always friendly and busy with their clients. AAA+++

Came to this salon with my boyfriend because the past three times he has seen Dina she has absolutely butchered his hair… I always just thought it was my bf who didn’t know what kind of cut to get. Decided to go in and ask the stylist to give him a side part, her very rude response was “I don’t do that, that’s not what I do” . Excuse me? So let me clarify you don’t do styles that your clients request. Definitely lost our business.

Dina has been my hair stylist for more than a decade. She is a master colorist and uses the highest quality products. I sit in her chair and have complete trust. She is professional, incredibly skilled and and wants the best for her clients.

I've been a client of Dina Pezzamenti for many years. Dina operates as a professional and is extremely talented, both in the area cutting and especially color and styling. The products used are of the highest quality and her understanding of those products is complete which produces an excellent and consistent result. Halo Salon is comfortable, welcoming and safe in this time of covid.

While sitting in the common area working on my laptop, right outside of Lucky Tree coffee shop, the owner approached me and demanded that I leave, saying I did not add benefits to her business among other things. :0 Luckily, a bystander was sitting in the common area witness this harassment started video recording the conversation while approaching the owner and standing up for me. Even though I explained to her that I was exempt, she demanded that I leave. She was very rude and disrespectful! I wish I could upload the video to show how I was treated. This business should be called Pitch Fork, because it is far from being Halo.
