This is what you want! Had an amazing massage today. I did not think I’d be able to get in anywhere due to the holidays but Myrrakal was my miracle! She gave me a great relaxing massage that was exactly what I wanted/needed. She is friendly and easy/fun to talk to. I am so happy and grateful. The owner is friendly and warm. This place gave me all green flags and all good vibes. I will definitely be back. Prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking. Restrooms are easy to get to. I did have trouble booking an appointment at first using the website on my phone. I would suggest either calling or using a laptop/computer to book your appointment. The intake form was also difficult to fill out on my phone, partly due to pop ups meyhe. So that is also probably easier to do on a desktop. Loved my massage. Highly recommend this place. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. And the music was so relaxing too!

Halo was a great experience ! My wife received a wonderful massage while I hung out in the salt room. The staff is very friendly and a shout out to Brook for being a delight to talk to on the phone. Highly recommended.

I had developed a nasty migraine by the late afternoon yesterday. I was on my way back to Lexington. My husband was driving and I was so nauseous. I could barely keep my eyes open. Being in town, I stopped in to use the Bemer and by the end of the treatment, my migraine had dissipated by 50% and within the next 45 minutes, it was 80% gone!! Cannot recommend this therapy enough!!!

My daughter and I enjoy going to Halo. It’s so relaxing. They provide fuzzy blankets and chairs that recline. The salt helps us detox and heal and is a 1st stop when allergies act up or we begin to have respiratory ick. Highly recommend giving it this spa a shot!

The most relaxing experience I could’ve imagined, but the benefits of the respiratory are astounding. I’m sold! I have been congested for weeks and immediately after leaving, I could breathe again. I really hope it lasts! Going back in a couple weeks for a massage and another session.

Today I got a massage with hot stones and facial. 90 minutes of complete and total bliss. Her name is Myrrakal and she is amazing! Her technique and her energy were soothing, calming and so relaxing. I was able to turn off everything from outside and focus on my wellbeing. Thank you Myrrakal!

I had my first massage at Halo Salt Room and Wellness Spa. Elizabeth did a wonderful job!! The atmosphere was calming and Elizabeth was very responsive to responding to any feedback for firmer or lighter pressure during the massage. I'll definitely schedule again!!

I have been dealing with terrible allergies this season. I went in for a 50 min session and I can honestly say that it helped me tremendously. The room is cozy and the chairs are super comfortable. They even provide blankets to keep you warm while you hang out in the salt room. I cannot thank Kari enough for helping me out with salt therapy.

Wow! Ashley is amazing! Three days after my massage I’m feeling better than I’ve felt in months. She relieved the neck, shoulder and hip pain I’ve been experiencing. I highly recommend a massage with Ashley!

My sister and I had the pleasure of attending a Salt Therapy. Kariie was very friendly and informative about the Session. It cleaned my sinus. I could breath thru my nose. It was very relaxing and the atmosphere very calming and peaceful. Will definitely go again.

I recently received a manual lymphatic drainage massage from Elizabeth for my knee, and I was amazed by the immediate results. The swelling significantly reduced, and I gained mobility right after the session. Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her expertise and gentle approach truly made a difference in my recovery. Highly recommend her services!

This place is wonderful! The salt room was so relaxing and the salt cleared my sinuses immediately. I then had a fantastic 90 min massage from Elizabeth. She is so good at what she does. She helped me relax immediately and was able to loosen up my problem areas. I also added the scalp and face massage. I highly recommend doing both. I will be back!

The room I was in was relaxing and clean, and I was given adequate instructions to know what to expect. I’ll be back!
