I booked a jaw treatment promotion through Instagram as the picture below. But for some reason I got a neck massage within 20 minutes. The rest of the hour they tried to sell a multi-thousand dollar contract for their services. I didn't have any skin consultation either.

Fui por una publicidad en Instagram, al explicarme el procedimiento y teniendo una condición en mi rostro indiqué que prefería consultar con mi dermatólogo antes de hacerme el proceso, a lo que la encargada respondió que debía pagar mi appointment y perder el dinero, “ya llevo 20 min explicándote, o pagar o no puedes retirarte, indistintamente te lo hagas o no” al final le indiqué que me lo realizaría y pues además de solo aplicar una crema y pagar 90 usd por ello, mi cara enseguida se enrojeció y sigo después de horas inflamada, por favor no asistan a un lugar donde “serán” obligados a pagar solo por que reciban explicación de un tratamiento, que decepción y lo peor haber perdido mi dinero… y finalmente cuando iba saliendo me indicaron que esperara que nuevamente querían hablar conmigo señores si alguien no desea el servicio eso se debe respetar… espero que nadie más sufra las consecuencias económicas que sufri ni el malestar en su rostro y lean su reserva porque por explicar no estaba obligada a pagar aunque fue así.. decepción, desagrado y además alguien que no permite que uno consulte es de dudar aún más todo. Es mentira, que me permitieron irme porque incluso te paraste e indicaste "NO TE VAS SIN PAGAR, PORQUE YA TE EXPLIQUE" su publicidad de oferta engañosa no dice nada de que no se puede cancelar, FALTA DE ETICA... NUNCA VOLVERIA A ESTE SITIO

I was nervous at first because this was my first visit and I didn’t know what to expect, but entering this spa I was greeted with professionalism and everyone eager to help and assist you to make you feel at home. It was an amazing experience and I most definitely would be returning. The person I seen was marlie and she was incredible and well knowledgeable of her craft. She took great care of me. I finished off with hili and she took care of me and the finances. This is my new spa home. Thanks ladiesss…

This place is amazing! Great Customer service, the consultation is VERY detailed for knowledge and understanding! My service was performed by Marlei, she has very gentle hands! Loved the fact that she walked me through every step of the process making sure I was comfortable at all times. Definitely recommend :)

I went into Halo Spa Center as I am trying to avoid injections at all costs (in Miami that's a big ask!). I'm happy to say I saw immediate results and will definitely be coming back! Hili & Kaitlyn were outstanding at explaining everything & made me feel right at home!

I came for the jawline lift today, it was my first time, loved the experience the staff, the treatment. The director Hili is so knowledgeable; she will answer all your questions and concerns. Kaytelyn did an amazing job on my face & jaw a neck, and I love the place & everyone working here! I had no idea about lymphatic drainage massage which is especially important to be as turned out I have knots causing double chin and sagging jawline, Kaytelyn explained and shown how to do the massage for future prevention. Ah, and also that looking down being always on my phone the main cause of the problem (be working on that). Woke up feeling a little sore in my chin area meaning the massage have worked! I have never had such a defined jawline and double chin is basically gone! Collagen mask is a miracle too, I’ve seen immediate results, but since it’s a mask I was recommended not to wash my face at night, when I woke up I can see it worked even deeper thru my skin. Def coming back 🔥🔥

The service was amazing. The girls treated me so well they have such an excellent customer service. If you want to get treatments done for face and neck or in general to look good, I highly recommend this place. You would love it and you would leave happy and glowing! Results are great and it didn’t hurt at all!

The team at Halo was very welcoming. Hili made me feel Very comfortable in the process of choosing a package. I’m a single mom and sometimes we put ourselves last so being able to do this for me was great. Maria was also amazing in the way she explained the whole process.
