I cannot say enough good things about this place! I took my 15 year old son here because he has been trying for the last year to find a good haircut and has been repeatedly getting horrible cuts at all your typical "fast cuts" type places. This barber shop was a bit pricier, BUT SO WORTH IT! Kay, my son's barber/stylist, gave him an outstanding scissor cut style and my son was so so happy with it! She took the time to show him how to use product and different ways to style it. He said she was kind to him and they had great conversation. The atmosphere here was so warm and smelled amazing. For men, they even have a bar where first timers get a free drink! This place is worth every penny!

I happened upon a Facebook ad some months ago & was interested. The owner, Matt called me & talked to me about the unique aspect of this place so I signed up as a Founding member. I've been here twice for pedicure with Carla, to say she's a me amazing is an understatement. My first visit we kept having issues with the headphones & the TV's so I finally had turned it off. Carla & I had a great conversation & she explained every step of the treatment. I had for surgery years ago and Carla asked me about the scars and went out of her way to adjust the treatment to accommodate me. I came back a month later and we picked up our conversation where we'd left off. I had a different treatment based on her recommended and I was very impressed. Then for my best treatment she & I talked about the various types & really helped to make an informed decision. **Update** Carla has since been promoted to Manager and she recommended Alex as my new Artist. Alex is very attentive and goes out of her way to ensure that you have the best possible experience. I was out of town and hadn't seen Alex in a few months and when I returned she wanted to hear about some of the other Hammer & Nails places that I had visited so that she could learn more.

Absolutely love that Hanmer & Nails came and met us at a stop on our hike. Never thought I’d want my beard trimmed while walking around all day but I’ll take it! Sam was incredibly capable and sweet. Plus I was serenaded the entire time with her siren-like voice all the while! 😂 But seriously! Thank you!!!

I had a great first visit. I never know how to explain what I want, but Kay perfectly understood my incoherent gesturing. She was very pleasant to talk with and definitely elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere is excellent - comfortable and luxurious, but not stuffy. It's pricier than I'm used to, but you can see where the money goes. I'd say it's worth it. I'll be coming back.

I think this is a great concept for a men's salon. I went in for just a haircut and left pampered. I am now part of the club! I would recommend message chairs for an extra luxurious experience.

This place is not that great. They do not have stylists but rather just barbers. My barber was very inexperienced with using scissors. I was charged $50 for what was really a $20 haircut. I will not be going back to this place.
