Horrible experience. Came in for brow wax . Wax lady disappeared and no one was keeping me updated. Me and the girl in line behind me left. The staff is so unwelcoming and cold. I’ll never return

I paid $70 plus tip for a gel pedicure on Friday evening before leaving for vacation. I just got out of the pool on Sunday and the polish on my toe is completely gone. Not chipped, but no color at all. I'll never go back

Use to be a great shop to go to, NOW it’s horrible. I literally just got my nails done 3 days ago and over 3 nails are lifting. The owner Hana says there are no refunds for services, but would accommodate me and redo them even tho she said my hands sweat to much so I shouldn’t get dip anymore when I’ve been doin dip for over 2 years ! Wow just wow...Their waiting time is beyond long, even if you come before they open. I should’ve stayed going to Anthony Vince At Easton smh way better service plus you get to drink, I won’t be coming back to this establishment what so ever !

First time going and i gotta admit my nails are awful. Just not worth $55.00 you see in the pictures and i got color acrylic and you see the white drill marks. Now gotta find another nail place to fix these. Shaping is all different. I cant give no stars cause thats how disappointed i am really.

By far the best nail shop experience I've had in Columbus since I've moved here. I truly felt catered to and wasn't getting the feeling that my nail tech was in a rush to get me in and get me out like most places do. I've had my full set for nearly a month now and not one single crack break chip

I been getting my service for almost 3.5 years in this store and I never see like what happened to me today. When Hanna was owner and the management under her was excellent. I do know how this new management work I hope they fixed. If not you will loose a lot of customers.

Went here Yesterday for my feet and my mom's brows and she loved them and I really like that they remove calluses and you can tell the difference.
