I've been there twice. First time we asked for combo foot and full body. They started with feet and ended up doing the rest of full body massage in same spot. Which is odd because you want to remove your clothes but the spot they had us in is open where people are walking by. It was end of the day so less traffic but if I'm without my shirt, I'd like to be in a closed space. Maybe they were rushing it and didn't want to transfer us to the full body massage room. Gave it a second try. This time the full body massage only. They didn't ask what areas to focus on, what areas to avoid or what type of pressure is preferred. My masseuse was an elderly gentleman that was kind but didn't speak any Enlgish so when I asked for medium pressure he only understood "soft" or "hard." His definition of hard is PINPOINT pressure on select spots. That left me bruised and in pain at the end of the massage and 2 days later still in significant pain. His definition of soft is no pressure at all. His hands had rough skin which you can feel. He spent first half of massage (30mins) with no oil just over the rough blanket. Which was very uncomfortable because it was just scratchy blanket rubbing on my skin. Fully body massage but got no foot massage or shoulder massage. 5 mins before end of 1hr he asked me to flip out to work on shoulder but his hands were on my neck and clavicle and it was not comfortable. The tables are very uncomfortable. They put your neck in flexion for an hour which triggered my vertigo. Left the parlor in pain amd dizzy. Sweet man but horrible masseuse. Worst part is, after horrible experience his co-worker (who worked on my husband) asked us for tip. We gave $20. She asked for more. Tipping is at customers discretion on how well they liked their service. It is never acceptable to ask for tip and definitely not to ask for certain amount. Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend.

At one time I was a licensed massage therapist, so I have studied numerous bodywork modalities and have given and received many massages. I still try to get massages whenever I can depending on where I am and how much disposable income I have at the time. I travel full time and am in Naples for a few more weeks and only just recently discovered Hana Massage and Spa. I wish I had experienced them sooner but I will definitely be back before I leave town. The space was aethetically very pleasing....calming, quiet, comfortable furnishings and subdued colors. It was also immaculately clean. The massage table was extremely comfortable. I was surprised to see that the massage tables are in one large space, with only curtains between them. I have only ever received bodywork in individual rooms, so this was a very different experience. I expected it to detract from my session, and even though only one other client came into the room while I was there (and she was unfortunately loud and clearly unaware of her surroundings) I was not really bothered by the intrusion. Massage spaces are an integral part of the experience but it really is the work itself that is critical and I can't say enough good things about the reflexology session I had. The therapist intuited those areas that needed extra attention. He was obviously very familiar with the bones, muscles and joints of the foot and every stroke and movement was expertly performed. I felt completely comfortable knowing that he was a professional who knew the boundaries and limitations of the body insofar as massage is concerned. I have already booked another session, this time a full body massage. I can't wait to return. I highly recommend Hana Foot Massage and Spa. Totally worth the money.

The massage here is the best in my opinion. First, not every non-native English-speaking employee has complete English conversation skills. Some groups of customers have to chat or converse with the masseur in a quiet environment during a massage, which is simply disruptive to the environment. Masseurs will also be involved in the massage. Feel the customer's force with your hands to choose whether it is light or medium. If it still doesn't work, the customer can prompt the masseur to increase the intensity. Also, masseurs are not doctors. If you have any problems with your feet, don't point them at the masseuse. What you need is to see a doctor. For example, if you don't feel pressure and pain points during a foot massage, you need to see a neurologist. If the doctor asks you to massage, he just hopes that the masseur's massage can drive the muscles and ligaments of your feet and help you relax your feet. If you blindly think that only feeling pressure and pain is correct, then your understanding of massage is too one-sided. If the client must feel pressure and pain, it is best to sign a liability release agreement with the masseur before the massage. One final reminder: Massage can only help relax and loosen muscles and ligaments that are uncomfortable due to exertion. Massage is not a hospital.

Truly a hidden gem! I came in to check it out after walking by a few times while running errands in the center. First of all, the decor is stunning. The pleasant ambiance of this place is unlike any other massage shops I have been to. It is very clean and peaceful inside and my massage therapist was extremely professional and wonderful. I will definitely be coming back!

Updated 11/14/23: Foot massage ok, body massage NO! This place is sketchy when it comes to body massages for women. First, they don’t even have you sign a release or ask medical history before going in. They put you in what looks like a massage room/ storage space, and their techniques are questionable. At one point, he lifted up my elbows to bend toward my spine and my breasts were exposed and after saying no three times he put me back down. I felt uncomfortable and exposed. The sheet came off my butt a few times. The heavy breathing was a little creepy too. Don’t trust this place for a body massage please. Kevin was weird. Also, my sciatica hurts even more now. Previous review: The best foot massage ever! They pay attention to every little muscle in the foot and each individual toe. They massage the entire lower half of your legs, including your knees also. The hot stones and towel at the end are really nice. Being in the service industry, I’ve been searching for a place like this for a long time. I feel so amazing.

Very beautifully decorated located in the Berkshire plaza next to Subway. The back room is dark and soothing w curtains to separate each space. I opted for the combo package which is foot and back massage for 60 minutes to try this place out. The guy I had barely spoke two words the whole experience. The foot massage was nice but hardly any pressure applied at all. He never asked me for feedback and I simply waited and hoped to see if he would increase the pressure as he went. He never did unfortunately. The back massage was a bit better and he definitely worked a few knots out in my shoulders. At the end of my service he grunted and left. I stood waiting to see if he'd come back... he never did. Overall I wish the communication was better such as asking how strong or delicate the person would like it. The back room is lovely but when someone walks in or out a blast of sunlight assaults your eyes even under the covering.

Wow I LOVE this place! Best massages I’ve ever had. I have come here multiple times and every time has been excellent. Super friendly staff, clean and aesthetic, and a very convenient location with lots of parking. My new go to spot, 10/10 (if I could give more than five stars I would), I highly recommend! :)

Wow what an experience. It was my first time having a reflexology session and definitely won’t be the last. The atmosphere is beautiful and serene. Looking forward to the next time and also when I’m able to have a full body massage. Due to spinal surgery recently it’s not in the cards currently. The owner was super friendly. I also love that they have a rewards program. In today’s economy that’s important.
