Zavier is the best! She is so polite and very attentive to my back issues. I have never left disappointed. Thank you Zavier!! Edit: I have been with Zavier for about 6 months to a year now. I have had fewer migraines since she has been working on my back. I feel great after Zavier is finished. Your front desk staff are wonderful and polite. I really enjoy and recommend coming here!

Nathan was amazing. It was first time ever getting a massage. He was personable, funny, and made it the best experience! I will be back. McKenzi was super sweet and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and dealt with them accordingly. My face feels AMAZING. I will also be back for her!

The staff at Hand and Stone in Frederick are always amazing! The people at the front desk are always so friendly and attentive. Zavier gives the best massages that are always personally catered to my specific needs. She always remembers what previously services I received and what areas I like her to focus on, and to take things a step further, she always remembers to ask about my family! She is so kind and wonderful at her job!!!

I have had at least 5 massages at Hand and Stone with Zavier, and it's always excellent! Their kindness and professional service at the entire location lets you know that they desire to maintain high standards and excellent customer care. And Zavier is so attentive to specific needs through the massage process. She will adjust pressure as needed and focus on specific areas as desired and preferred. Make sure to arrive before your appointment to complete any forms so you don't take time away from your massage window; it's worth getting every minute possible.

Victoria is a stellar massage therapist! She uses a variety of techniques to release tension in my neck and shoulders. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a massage with Tori. It's a bonus that all staff are friendly and the environment is calming. I highly recommend Hand and Stone in Frederick.

I've been going to Natalie for over a year now, and NEVER have I been disappointed. Her techniques are flawless, but flexible enough to to accomodate my my aging, battered body! She offers new suggestions, but never pushes me, which I appreciate no end. In my estimation, Natalie is one of the very best therapists in a spa that has only professional, accomplished staff. My wife and I scheduled a facial with Amelia and Jessica (separate rooms) for our 17th wedding anniversary. It was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. I wish we weren’t moving because I would absolutely be getting a membership. Hour long facial that was attentive and relaxing. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Really nice massage - comfortable room and temperature and Natalie checked occasionally that the pressure was ok. friendly staff and appreciated that I was offered but not pressured into the membership. It was also very easy to find a time to schedule.

Zavier's massage was the gold standard! Right pressure-light to medium and easy on the joints, Right touch-kneading vs elbow rubs; and right flow- treated the back region vice treating my body as four unrelated quadrants. Nice music level and table warmth too:)
