I have gone to Nikki for years. She consistently delivers professional service. You can tell that you are more than just a face with Nikki. She takes the time to recommend what you can do to improve your skin. I have never seen her act anything other than highly professional. I have recommended her to others and in a site that asked where one could go for a good facial.

I had anxiety about getting a professional massage. My daughter got me 2 gift cards last year and I waited because of cancer removal and other surgeries, a hip replacement etc. I just went yesterday and it was the most beautiful experience. Everybody was super kind. Brent my masseuse, listened to my health history. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The sheets were tucked after each area was finished and the pressure was he used was perfect. I was gifted 2 gift cards and the receptionist said one had expired but that she would speak to her manager. They did not say they had an expiration date so I am hopeful they choose to still honor the gift my daughter gave me. My next apt is in 4 weeks. I deal with chronic pain in my neck and back from hurniated discs and arthritis in my hands and feet. I felt pain free for the hour I was there. Today a day later I feel better than I have in years. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and responsive therapist. I have been dealing with IT band syndrome for over a year now. The extra time and massage technique he applies is SO helpful. If you need a therapist that listens and helps, schedule with Chris. I was ready to cancel my membership because a different therapist took me back 10 minutes late on a 50 minute message and did not extend my appointment at all. The only thing I got from management was to call them. I'm not sure why I needed to be the one to call after making my complaint so, I didn't. When Chris leaves, I will leave.
