Jane just gave me such a detailed and amazing facial today. I love how she explained everything and I can tell she’s passionate about what she does!! I wish I could remember the name of my massage therapist, but she did a perfect amount of pressure. Booked my next one with these two 🥰

Rayza is THE BEST esthetician you'll meet. She's incredibly gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and very accommodating to what you need. You can not (and will not) go wrong with requesting her.

Probably the best massage I have ever had. My therapist was so intuitive and did exactly what my body needed. I had an acupressure massage and highly recommend trying it! I had went to a chiropractor for a pinch nerve and still had soreness/discomfort days later. After the massage my pain was gone. I also have had the best sleep this passed week. Cant suggest taking advantage of the intro rate and try it!

Very enjoyable experience. Jessica did an excellent job and was very mindful of not using too much pressure. She asked me multiple times if I was comfortable and if she needed to change anything. Facility very nice and very clean! Being a senior citizen I probably can not afford on a regular basis but very happy my family had given me a gift card.

I got a facial from Shweta and she was phenomenal. She helped me with a skincare routine and really took time to address my concerns and needs to my skin. I highly recommend her and will be coming back in the future for all my facials! Thanks again!

I have been a member here for more than 7 years. Sweta’s been the reason from the last few years.She knows exactly what my skin needs,discuss with me and recommends the products.She is up to date on all the new procedures that hand and stone comes with. Great working with her and feel more younger and fresher every time coming out of the spa.

I have been getting facials with Shweta and my skin has improved drastically. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and her advice is on point. She is very professional and patient and understands my skin needs and I have had a great experience with her. I highly recommend Shweta.

I really appreciate Juny, she is a very good Massage therapist. Her personality and her Massage technique is perfect for me. I am refreshed when my session is over. I have been going to Hand and Stone over three years and Juny is one of the best. Keep up the good work Juny. The receptionists are nice as well.

I went for a facial and was MINDBLOWN by the amazing efforts by esthetician Shweta. She was very detailed, made me feel at ease, helped me understand what might work best for my skin and gave me an exceptionally relaxing facial. My face is glowing! Highly recommend!

I've been going to Laurel for facials for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin care, and she always takes the time to understand my individual skin concerns and goals. She is also very gentle and meticulous, and I always leave her facials feeling relaxed and refreshed! Overall, I highly recommend Laurel for facials and other skin care services. She is so attentive and passionate about helping her clients achieve their skin goals. If you are looking for a good facialist in Austin, I highly recommend Laurel. She is the best!

If you are new to the spa, esthetician will push you to include add on services to the treatment and final charges will come up as a surprise after the appointment. $150 just for a facial when you sign up for $75 basic facial. Not worth it…

Shweta is absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend her for facial. My skin is super sensitive and Shweta was kind enough to patiently listen to my skin concerns and recommend a treatment plan. Very happy with this H&S location and the quality of treatments provided.

I have been a client of hers for years and each visit gets better than the last. She is warm, friendly and always puts my comfort above all else. But more importantly, she is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and takes the time to understand each of client's individual needs and concerns. She has a true passion for what she does and is an example of passion meeting talent! My skin has improved dramatically since Shweta has recommended the right products and services. This place leaves you rejuvenated and refreshed. The staff here are extremely accommodating and friendly. Love Joel and Shweta! They are both incredibly great. Been a H&S customer for over 7 years now. Invest in yourself!
