Absolutely amazing facials with Misty! She is the best! Clean, comfy rooms. Front desk staff is great too! Go here every month! Ever since Misty left, my new favorite is Binita! Her facials are so relaxing. I love going here each month as she does something new each month.

Hand & Stone Cary Preston is amazing. I have been going to this location for years. Helen is my very favorite massage therapist I’ve ever had. She uses great pressure and I have a very calm relaxing massage. If you’re looking for a facial, Shelby does an excellent job. The waiting room and bathroom are kept clean. The front desk staff is very helpful and patient, always willing to answer questions. Couldn’t for anything more!

I had high hopes for this place, my massage was very mediocre. The therapist didn't do an even massage on both sides, used no pressure... I think my cat would give me a better massage making "biscuits"...

Massage I had a few months ago was ok. Not great but not bad. Don't get membership though. We had several miscommunications over the time we had it. Incorrect price quotes, employees selling us things and double the amount on credit cards. When we canceled membership we had no reminders to use last months massages . They expired so lost money there. Be careful with your money, assume employees are unaware of pricing they tell you, and you can get an ok massage there.

I have been a regular to this place for the last 4 years. They’re really good. Kayla is my go to person for facial, she takes out time to listen to your concerns and then advices what’s best for you. Really happy with her services. I also recommend Halen, she is my massage therapist, very clam and polite and helps customize your massage as per your needs.

Just don’t go!!!!! They are unorganized and didn’t effectively tell me about needing a doctor’s note for having Cervical Cancer over 23 years ago. As if I somehow have cooties and she wouldn’t touch me???? Full stop. AVOID THEM!!!!’

Not a bad place - but two weeks ago- i went for a massage and i was provided a flyer to give high reviews when I get a survey email. They tried to convince me to provide a good review and gave explicit instructions on how to do it. Very strange behavior which was uncomfortable. Blurring out the notes my masseuse wrote on the flyer but attaching it here. The massage was good. Overall behavior of staff was uncomfortable

I found out this location took Care Credit and was excited to start getting massage services here. I bought a membership with my Care Credit card so that I could continue getting monthly charges taken out for massages. I was supposed to have a massage a week ago and it got rescheduled because the provider was sick, which is understandable, but I show up today for my massage and I’m told that my account is on suspension? This was the first I’ve heard of this and I’ve been contacting them for a week to get my massage rescheduled/membership cancelled. Then they tell me that I can’t use my care credit card on membership or use it at the location for anything less than $250. Communication goes a long way and It would have been nice to be told this up front and not be strung along just so you can sell memberships.

I had been coming to see Shelby for quiet a while and just recently had purchased a few products for at home use. Shelby had the knowledge with working on my skin type for quiet some time and she was able to recommend the perfect mixture of products to keep my skin glowing like it does after every facial. I tell all my friends to book Shelby, she is the most thorough and knowledgeable esthetician that has laid hands on my skin!!!

Updating my review on Thursday, March 7 2024: Best places to get massages and facials in the Triangle and always get excellent service from everyone here and everyone is always happy unlike some other places I went to. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks you all so much and a big shout out to Zach in the front end. :)

Y’all, I had the most amazing hot stone massage here from Julio — firm, deep tissue, pain relieving, knot eliminating, just all around perfect!! I have been to many different H&S locations and seen lots of different therapists and he hands down gave me the best massage and I’m so thankful to find him! Selfishly didn’t want to post review so he doesn’t get too booked up! Only thing that would’ve made it better was if it was done on a tropical island beach with the ocean in the background 😄

Zach was so gracious when my son and I arrived for our appointment only to find that Catherine did not book my son as she confirmed the day before. Samantha was more than accommodating and provided us both with an absolutely wonderful service back to back. I'm very thankful to them, given we drove an hour away for the appointment. Definitely would have been 5 stars had the appointment issue but occurred. However, the way Zach and Samantha made up for it was exemplary. Thank you 🙏🏾

I've had 2 different massage therapists who stated they can provide deep tissue, but haven't been successful. I gave them a three based on their willingness to try. I'm a little frustrated I still had to pay full price even though I did not receive what I asked for.

I’ve tried at least 5 different massage therapists at Hand and Stone & I’m so happy I’ve found my person, Lynette!! She is AMAZING, so talented, & is always very attentive to what I want/need for our session. I drive all the way from Mebane to see her, even though there are so many locations in between Mebane & Cary! I will continue to drive to see Lynette and will gladly follow her wherever she goes! The front desk staff is always inviting & the location is clean!

Best facial I have had in a long time! The esthetician’s name was also Shelby which was hilarious, and she did an amazing job and gave me some really great advice for skin concerns, both product and lifestyle recommendations. I’ve never been one to get regular facials, just here and there as a nice treat yourself moment, but I have been converted and will continue to come on a monthly basis!

I’ve been going here for about two years and I’ve never had a bad experience! Every member of staff that I’ve interacted with has been wonderful. I bounced around a bit with who I’ve seen but really there isn’t a wrong choice for massage or facial!

Brittany gave me a diamond glow facial this evening. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was working at the front desk, but went to school to become an esthetician. I’d say she found her calling. Also, on the way out, I noticed she was “Employee of the Month”. (Bradford location)

Christian was warm and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He listened to my concerns and was able to address my area of concern and offer how I could continued to address the issue on my own after. He also brought up issues he noticed that could develop into something and how they could be proactively be addressed. I left feeling calm, relaxed, and empowered.

Do not subscribe at all. Such a rip off and the manager is not responsive. You cannot get ahold of manager—she has to reach out to the customer. Very poor organization. I was charged after canceling my membership. In order to cancel you have to call the location and a manager has to reach out to you. It took 5 days to get a call back. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a scheduled appointment with Hand and Stone Massage, and despite informing them about my delay due to traffic, I received a call during my journey, informing me that my appointment would be canceled, and I would be charged the complete cancellation fee of $65. I was not aware of their 15-minute cancellation policy. After some back-and-forth, they confirmed over the phone that they would charge half the cancellation fee, but upon reviewing my transactions, they deducted the full amount. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services due to their inconsistent policies and communication.

The whole time I had my massage, the other massage therapists who were not with clients were talking so loudly, I could here their conversation-it is suppose to be a relaxing environment when you have a massage-my massage therapist just said the walls were thin!!! Not the right thing to do-she should’ve walked out of the door and told the girls to stop talking – I told the person when I checked out about my experience and he offered to take 10% off my next visit – also not the right thing to do – will never be back to this location!!!!

Went for my first massage at Hand and Stone. Samantha was my masseuse. She was great. She did end my appointment 5 minutes early and I went back 5 minutes late, so 50 minute massage, not 60. Felt wonderful though
