I don't mind Hand and Stone as a franchise and the South Park location is very clean and comfortable. I would maybe just go to one of the other locations that have more availability for massages. I very rarely was able to get in with a good massage therapist at times that worked for me and the admin staff are not always accommodating or knowledgeable to help you use your credits.

I've been with Hand and Stone over a year now and have getting massages regularly (in many different states and countries) for 25 years. Without hesitation I can say Tina was THE BEST masseuse I've ever had. She asked me questions about what was bothering me and actually spent extra time in those areas. We had a two-hour time slot which was extremely beneficial in order to take time rather than gloss over everywhere. Her technique, timing, attention to detail and pressure were perfect. Many other times I've had someone and wished they did something differently, but she checked all the boxes and then some. If I could hire her to be my full-time personal masseuse I would! Ten out of ten. Thank you Tina!
