I went there to have a certain spot worked on, and they claim they don't allow it. I came there for no reason... The lady was very nice, but I need a lot more pressure. I would definitely not recommend this place to others.

I visited this location with my friends for my birthday. The therapist was kind and made sure I was comfortable since I just had baby. The place is clean and calming. Their monthly fee is less compared to other locations. You can still use in other locations in future.

If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful! My massage therapist is better than anyone I’ve had in the last 15 years I’ve been getting massages! If you want or need something specific for your massage, communicate with the front desk staff so they can pair you with the right therapist! I had an issue a while back and the team there addressed and resolved it quickly and professionally. Don’t give up until you find who’s the right fit for you. I’m beyond thankful to have found this gem! Highly recommend!!

I am writing to share my recent experience while attempting to book an appointment for my birthday, as I believe constructive feedback is important for continuous improvement. I was surprised to learn about the cancellation policy regarding changes made within 24 hours. When I called to reschedule my appointment due to an unexpected work obligation, I was informed that my full gift card value was used to cover the change, which I found disheartening. While I understand the need for policies, I feel that clearer communication regarding such terms would be beneficial for clients. I made an effort to reach out in advance rather than not showing up, and I was hoping for a more accommodating resolution. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I have decided not to rebook and cannot recommend your establishment to others at this time. 0/5!

I walked in completely stressed and walked out at the end of the day feel refreshed and relaxed. I walked in and asked if they had any availability for facial or massage. To my great delight they had a facial available and as I was finished with the facial ready to check out someone called and canceled there massage and again to my great delight I got a massage as well. Loved not being pushed into the monthly cycle. I asked questions and they answered it was a great experience hands down 😉 pun intended (get it Hand & Stone) ☺️

I've had a massage and facial here, both were wonderful, relaxing clean environment and staff isn't too pushy on their membership/products. Maricella did my massage and listened thoroughly to my focus area giving helpful info/tips after the session. I left feeling fantastic and excited for my next sessions. I've contemplated the membership a lot but have yet locked it down due to reviews I've seen but as long as you aren't cancelling, it seems very worth it after the intro fee.

I have had a membership with this company through my military career and now in retirement. I have been to several H&S a long the east coast. They have been awesome. They are deserving of this GREAT REVIEW

I booked an appt for the very first time since paying into the service June 2023. I drove over an hour only to be told I have to give a new credit card and be charged one more time to cancel the service, although they have $69.99 in which they have been taking out of my acct for the past year every month. They did not allow me to have a facial but took the money out of my acct. Thus is stealing. I closed my business early so I can treat myself to a mother's day gift, only to be denied service with hundreds of dollars in my acct. I will be fighting this in the court of law and the media

Mrs Maricela was a God send! I received a hot stone massage, using a gift card my daughter bought me for Christmas. Entering the facility, I was truly stressed out , by the time I left, I felt wonderful. It did take me some time to get myself together. I was so relaxed, I could hardly walk or speak. Once I gathered myself, I signed up for monthly massages. I am so excited about my next massage with my new friend, Maricela!

Cheryl is awesome! She listened to the areas I had concerned with and focus on it. She was an excellent masseus. She took her time and I did not feel rushed. Everyone at Rivergate location were so nice.

If I could give a zero I would !!! False promises and inconsistent. Informed me that would give me a call back to reschedule a service they denied because I was pregnant . No call at all then couldn’t credit me back the visits I used ! Don’t go here .

This location is by far the best location I have been to. The staff was very welcoming and my massage with Dylan was so relaxing. He checked in multiple times throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable. He also stretched my arms while addressing the problem areas in my shoulder. I can not wait to come back next month with my new membership!!!

This was my first time at Hands and Stone and what a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were so welcoming and pleasant. I had a facial done by Lia. She was so knowledgeable and recommended an exfoliate for sensitive skin that I purchased. My skin felt so soft and supple. After my 1st appointment I received a gift card to Hands and Stone for my birthday and will be using it in the near future. Highly recommend the location in Rivergate.

This weekend I went to have a facial at the Hoover Creek location. My facial was with Erin and she is honestly the best! Not only does she bring expertise and a ton of knowledge to each service, she is extremely thorough. I always feel like a million bucks after a treatment with her! This location is very lucky to have her!

You should definitely get a massage and/or facial at this location! The staff was very welcoming. I had a massage with Rachel and a facial with Erin, I could not recommend these therapists more. Rachel was very skilled. I have chronic back pain, but she was able to work my muscles and make the massage relaxing. Erin made my skin look amazing and gave me recommendations on what I should be doing at home. After I even signed up for the membership so I can enjoy this relaxation every month!

I absolutely love this location!!! The staff is so welcoming and you can tell they TRULY CARE about the customers experience! I was in yesterday and Jasmine went out of her way to help me with a situation I was having with another location. She took her time to ask questions and made sure my issue was resolved before leaving. I spent MONTHS battling with another location for something they fixed in 30 minutes. I will definitely make sure I am ONLY coming to this location going forward because of the management and staff. Thanks again!
