The therapist here did an amazing job. I feel like a new man walking out of here. Better hey their front desk receptionist Whitney, was the hardest working young lady I’ve ever seen! Sweeping the foyer area, then witnessed me coming up to pay and she Immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. What a lovely place to go and relax!

The therapists do a nice job, but their business model is ridiculous. You cannot go in for a "relaxing" service without being asked repeatedly about upgrades and they do it slyly without any mention of what additional fees may be. I went in for an $85 service and was charged nearly $300. The manager simply said "our therapists are trained to upsell." So be aware of lack of transparency and used car salesmen tactics during your "treatment."

Went in for a deep tissue massage and came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed, my therapist did amazing and made sure she was applying the right amount of pressure. The front desk team is amazing as well and booking was an ease, will definitely return!

Made an appointment for a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage. The therapist spent the entire time on my shoulders. He even apologized he "couldn't" get to everything else. I wish he would have asked first if that's what I would prefer. I left feeling like I did not receive what I paid for.

Save your money. My pregnant wife went specifically to work specifically on her neck. The therapist didn’t touch her neck and instead ended the session early. When she talked to the front desk, the manager said “she’ll talk to him,” and told her to just schedule another session and pay for another bad session. My wife came back in tears, and felt like she was unheard.

I love my massage therapist and the people at the Eastgate office and look forward in going there every month for the past 2 years. However, I ma very disappointed that corporate decided to increase their point system for members from 7,000 for a free massage to 20,000. This drastic increase is ridiculous and unfair to members who work hard to earn and save points for their free massage or add ons. I understand a little increase, but more than double is a bit much and will take over a year to achieve. This now leaves no real incentive for members to stay and I will reconsider continuing my membership the first of the year.
