Last year I signed up for their membership program - I have had several massages here now, most done by different therapists and I've never gotten a bad one! Each therapist has their own distinct style, and I've never been disappointed. The savings from membership are significant too, and it's noncommittal - I was able to freeze my account for three months so I can use the credits I've accumulated. Do your mind and body a favor, and book a massage here today!!

Massage was OK. Not as good as Massage Envy. The stones were really only used to rub over my body instead of actually using the stones to massage the body. Also I wasn’t told I wouldn’t get my facial treatment until I was already in the room. Not really professional to just leave me in the dark but at least I wasn’t charged. Not a very good experience especially with it being my birthday.

Another fantastic massage at Hand & Stone in Eastgate. I had to reschedule my appointment with my usual massage therapist and so I ended up with someone I had not previously booked with before. What a wonderful surprise! Jasmine did an outstanding job! It's amazing how different a massage can be from different people. Her techniques were exceptional and I will absolutely book more sessions with her in the future! I have never had a bad experience at this location. I highly recommend Hand & Stone in Eastgate!

I had a great massage with Marlissa! I did the myofascial release add-on because I have certain areas that require special attention. She really is one of the best. Highly recommend! I only wish the actual massage lasted the full hour but they are only 50 minutes long since they include dressing and room cleaning in the allotted time. I booked my next massage for longer time. Thank you!

I love going here to get my 2 hour Swedish massages and facials 1-2x a week ever since it first opened. I used to go to the Hand and Stone in Oakley or I would go all the way down to the Eastgate location, but I like going to one that’s in my neck of the woods. Mary, Kendall, Vlada and the rest of the ladies are very sweet people who take the stress off of me whenever I first walk in the building and I couldn’t ask for better services.

I love this place! From the front desk staff to the estheticians and masseuses! This location is soooo good! Marlisa and Abby are TOP TIER! Very knowledgeable and they listen and deliver! This is by far my FAVORITE Hand and Stone location! 10/10 recommend! 🫶🏾

First of all, this place has such a good vibe, so peaceful and calm and it smells divine. Marlisa gave me the best massage I have ever had! Experienced in sports massage she knew just where to address my golf pain. Perfectly firm pressure, right where it counted. Amazing! Next, I was brought my slippers and robe and escorted to the facial room with Abby. I can’t say enough the unexpected benefit of the add-on oxygen mask. My skin had an extended slow peel with no down time, make up was not disrupted, and was radiant and bright for a full week! So happy! Next I was escorted to the med-spa for a lip flip with Maddie. thought it didn’t compare to one other I had from another spa and a different product. It didn’t compare, it was so much better and my lips are still above and beyond my expectations. They look sooo natural and full, I feel so sexy! Highly recommend all of these services and providers! I am in spa ❤️!

I am so pleased to be a founding member of the Kendall Hand & Stone Spa! Whether it’s for a massage or facial, the technician is superior, friendly and knows my preferences! I split my time between Miami and Cincinnati, but always schedule an appointment when I am in Cincinnati as I love Abby and her techniques for facials!!! It seemed like a big splurge at the time but I look forward to my monthly appointments to be pampered by the best!

I booked an appointment online (super easy to do) on a whim. They had an opening that afternoon, so a gave it a try. It was the best decision I’ve made. Amy did my message. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders (don’t we all?!) and she focused on them, finally getting them to relax. I didn’t realize how stiff I was until she was done. It was amazing. 🤩 I have a membership now and go in regularly. I feel so much better.

Kaeleigh is an amazing massage therapist and I look forward to each appointment with her! She takes the time to work out specific knots in my shoulders and frequently checks that her pressure is good and that the hot stones aren't too hot.

I recently had some services done with their Nurse Practitioner Maddie. I could not be more thrilled with the results! I was very nervous and really wanted to maintain a natural look. She did the perfect amount to make me look refreshed, very subtle, but impactful. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering botox or filler!
