The front desk staff were professional and knowledgeable. My massage therapist was fabulous as well.The eucalyptus essential oils were awesome. It is private and quiet with a great ambiance!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a membership here for about two years, most of the time, it was owned by another company and I had a lovely experience. Once Hand and Stone bought it, it went downhill. After a few months, I decided to cancel because of the price increase and restrictions on the membership. When I asked them to cancel, they couldn't find the correct form, so I couldn't cancel until a couple weeks later. By that time, they had charged me for an extra month and wouldn't refund the charge. Frustrating, but they told me I had 12 months to use the credit on my account. I realized I was almost at the 12 month deadline, so I called today to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up and called back. When the receptionist answered, she was nice enough, but said I had been on hold because she was "talking to her bestie." To end the story, apparently by "12 months" they meant "3 months" so my credit had expired long ago. I will say, I have always had a good experience with the front desk staff (even when they're talking to their bestie) and the therapists, but the new ownership has been frustrating.

I've been going here for almost a year now and haven't had a therapist I didn't like. They listen to what I ask for and tailor the massage based on what I need. I appreciate being able to schedule with the app and they have great add ons.

I have had 4 massages at this Hand and Stone and I had almost given up but I believe I have finally found “the one”, lol! Avalon was absolutely amazing. She listened and literally followed through. Great demeanor, knowledgeable and attentive . Thanks so much!

Meredith was wonderful. The amount of pressure and the hot stones were a perfect combination. My neck and shoulders felt 100% better when she was finished. I would certainly recommend Meredith.

The massage therapist I saw here was excellent. She had a ton of experience and was able to work on trouble areas. As important, I had some issues with my membership. I spoke to the manager Jay, on several occasions and he got right back to me quickly and resolved both of the issues. Very happy with the leadership here.

My massage therapist was 10 mins late, unfriendly, and ended the massage early. I was in the room closest to the lobby and could hear every conversation. I was grateful for the ability to get in on short notice, but will likely not be back. For the same price and at some places less, I get a full 60 min massage.

i’ve seen Ken several times now and he’s always been very kind and listens to what my personal problem areas are. it’s very relaxing and healing. i never enjoyed massages until i had a professional massage.

Amy was great!! I was sore from a slip on the ice a few weeks ago and she addressed the pulled muscles and worked on the nagging siadica issues.. pressure was just right and I look forward to future visits to get back to normal mobility.. relaxing, not really. I wasn’t looking for a feel good body rub.. I need healing. Only problem, she’s booked out for about a month.. the good ones always are. Thanks Amy!!

Nothing spectacular. Massage service mediocre, the floors needed to be vacuumed, music was too loud, medium massage was more of hard. I was expecting a spa vibe but received more of a she makes house calls. The massage started late but still ended within that hour. Big disappointment.

I agree with the most recent reviews. We had a "family" membership for years with Massage Green prior to their change to Hand and Stone. We were loyal customers and accumulated quite a few credits over the years. When the change over happened (same owners BTW), suddenly we were limited to who could use those credits. Only the "primary" person could use them freely and we were told each of us had to sign up for individual memberships to the tune of $75 each month x 4 in order to use our past credits. They have collected more than $600 in unused massages from our family membership, but only one of us can use the credits in our account. We tried to work it out, but the manager changed her story every time we were in there and hasn't kept her word. I would NOT recommend a membership from here at all. Just pay as you go, I feel like we have been totally ripped off!

I had been coming to the Massage Green spa for years but ever since they became Hand and Stone customer service has gone down, yet prices have gone up. The masseuses are still mostly the same and great but the overall company culture has changed. Classic scheme of selling out to a big corporation to just get more money for the owners yet providing worse care for clients and over working the current staff. When I last went the place was packed like a zoo with people trying to check in and check out at once yet there was only one girl up front clearly stressed trying to take care of everything. Before it use to be a calm environment but now they are clearly over booking and understaffing. Just sad to see the change and the greed that benefits no one except the owners. If you’ve raised your prices so much then maybe hire more staff to help out, improve the quality of your products, instead of just pocketing the profit. I like to support small businesses and now it’s just another chain focused on bottom lines and “move them in and out like cattle”. They use to be great now just average so my review reflects that. Sad.

I just got the best massage I’ve ever had at this location by Amy. I booked a 2 hour deep tissue massage and she was amazing! I’ve gotten massages for over 10 years because I have scoliosis and it causes my muscles to ache. This was the first time I had a deep tissue where the therapist addressed everything perfectly as she truly knows what she’s doing. I highly suggest her. I will definitely be back as soon as I get paid again 😂

Ive been to this location for the last several years. I've always found the location to be clean and welcoming and the staff to be friendly and professional. The prices are also very reasonable.

They are crooks as far as I'm concerned. I have a $170 gift card from the prior company they replaced (Massage Green). The receptionist told me today I must redeem the gift card at the non member rate at an astonishing $140 per hour before tip! Further, if I did a couples massage I could only use $140 of the gift card.

This place was great! They were super quick to respond to my appointment request and even got me in for a 90 minute massage the next day! They do have same day call a heads as well:) Meredith, my therapist was AMAZING! She looks so tiny but don’t let that fool you! Her touch was both soothing and strong! Pin pointing all the aches and pains I discussed before my session.I have been in so much pain for weeks and considering my condition before I went in I feel incredible!! Thank you! Highly recommend! I have been to several massage therapists and don’t often write reviews good or bad. But this place is noteworthy:)

We booked for 60 mins massage. They started massaging at 3:12pm and finished their work at 3:56pm. Is it an hour? Therapist never ask if the pressure is good. Price confirmed via phone is $160. However we must pay$180, the extra $20 for couple massage and no one told us about that. Don’t come here. Come to Mateos day spa for wonderful experience.

Would not recommend this location. Unfriendly service, masseuse never checked in regarding pressure, and the massage was very rushed. Paid for an hour, was massaged at most 45-50 mins. What a waste of a thoughtful Christmas present my husband gifted me as a new mother.
