Check in was simple, I was greeted with kindness and everything was explained to me in detail. My massage with Eric was perfect, he was kind, caring and compassionate and listened when I explained what I needed. Highly recommend Hand and Stone!

First two pictures are before .. third picture is today. I’ve been going for classic facials with Princess for about a year and finally did a chemical peel and can’t get over the results! Got it 2 weeks ago and haven’t worn foundation since.

Booked a couple massage for our anniversary. The spa called and said one of the massage therapists would be late by 15 minutes- assumed that the total time wouldn’t change. Got a 45 minute massage instead of an hour and paid $20 more than advertised. My husband had a great massage. My massage therapist was absolutely awful - worst experience ever

I have been a member for a long time. Overall, good service. My complaint is their weird process for checking in. No privacy. They sit you in the lobby and in front of everyone ask personal questions for the world to hear. Like, do you want your booty massaged or not Etc. Ugh. I can read, and I don't need someone to read it to me and aloud in front of a room full of strangers. Not very relaxing in my opinion. The other thing to be aware of-- your one hour massage is more like 45 minutes, they subtract time for dressing and chit chat. Not a big deal to me, but for the price, it is something to keep in mind. On the plus side, I like the clean facility and hours available, and they have many talented therapists

Absolutely take advantage- do not tell you when an additional " charge"will be applied, when stating " sure we can do that"!then Bam " you owe us xyz.

GREAT massage from Christine who did an amazing job on my arthritic hands and sciatica. I usually don’t like massages, but again, Christine did a really good job of relieving my pain AND I didn’t hurt at all the next day! Highly recommend!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. My esthetician was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I splurged on a scalp massage and WOW -- was it ever worth it! I highly recommend Hand and Stone for a relaxing, pampering experience.

Clean and professional. Offer complimentary flavored water. Not a full hour, more like 45min massage. I don’t like how you can’t search for a specific provider when booking through the app, you can only select “any female, any male, or Any provider.” I also had an appointment where the provider asked me to remove my Rolex watch half way during the massage so I had it in my hand in the bed. However at the massage I quickly get dressed and left the watch in the sheets and didn’t notice. For 3 WEEKS I worried and searched for my watch. It wasn’t until I checked back in my calendar to retrace my steps from the Month to think to call because surely they would have called me to notify me of my extremely expensive and sentimental watch left behind. Their lack of communication made me feel like they’d just hold it until it was unclaimed and therefore losing my trust. When I went in to claim my watch they were kind and said it had been sitting in an envelope with my name on it, but didn’t acknowledge the lack of communication, just said they’d keep holding it until I came to claim it. What if I continued to think it was stolen and lost hope in my search… that just didn’t sit well with me. Aside from that the staff of very professional and kind. I’ve been pleased with most masseuse aside from one.

I was on a 10 day trip in Colorado. Lots of hiking and lots of soreness after 8 hour hikes. Michael and Angela were fantastic, patient and educational. They helped me get back on the trails.

This company will charge your account for services they did not provide. I was late to my appointment because I had a flat tire. I was told to still come in and I could get a chair massage for 39.99 and when I got there to the Hand and Stone Massage they told me I was too late and they'd still have to charge me the 39.99 I said ok. I wake up this morning and I have a charge for 79.99 for services I did not authorize. Whatever you do stay away from these cons. They aren't good business and they are desperate to take your money. Even alot of their employees quit on them and talk bad about them. If I could give no stars I would. I hope this helps someone else from being ripped off I learned my lesson. So please take my advice and take heed of what I'm telling you. They want you to sign up a subscription with them and they are always booked they say so getting in is hard and you still pay your fee.

I was here for a facial with Natalia, I really liked the real care for my skin and the result. The skin has become more nourished and healthy looks, while living in Colorado, rashes appeared, now with my specialist we will work on this problem. Looking forward to your next visit.

Alexis did a calming facial & red light therapy for me today. My skin looks amazing, she extracted my nose pores which badly needed it, & I fell asleep on the table a few times. Would highly recommend!!

The initial massage was fine. But afterwards I was charged 26 dollars on my card and was a confused what it was for. I had a 100 dollar gift card and on the website it says the massage should be 79.95 in fine print under that it says it will be fully paid under a gift certificate. I called Hand and Spa confused of the charge and they explained that the massage will be 126 dollars. I asked if anything was extra charge they said no and this was the pricing of an hour long massage. I then was confused due to their websites pricing. They told me the gift card was only for 99.95 although the person who bought it payed 100 dollars for it. They then made excuses saying that because the gift card was bought through a Father’s Day deal it was not going to cover the entire massage. The lady on the phone explained that gift cards do in fact NOT cover the entire massage and it is in “fine print” at the bottom of the website. I explain that that is false advertising and she goes quiet on the phone. I then asked if the 26 was then the remainder charge and they said the 26 dollars was gratuity entirely. Which is not 20% off of 75.95 which I thought I was paying. I feel as though this company tried to rip me off due to my age. I felt like I was put on a wild goose chase for them to take more money from me and use multiple excuses believing that I would be naïve. I will not be attending Hand and Spa services and I hope no other costumer has to go through what I went through when I got my last service done there.

Back in September of this year I purchased a membership. I haven't been able to use it until now. They didn't have any appointments when I wanted them so I took one first thing in the morning which is hard for me because I stay up very late working. I drove half an hour to get here at my morning appointment and the massage therapist no showed. They offered me all these other appointments late in the evening or early another morning, none of which work for me. I wasted time and money. I do not recommend going here since they can't seem to get their employees to keep appointments.

Beautiful facility, nicest H&S I've been to. Kelly was amazing, she was just the sweetest most genuine person. Excellent massage, she could adjust to all levels of pressure; attention to detail was on point. Felt completely loose and relaxed after we were done. Been a long time since I felt that way! Currently editing my format review based on my most recent experience with the North Location. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, and the latest massage I revenge was THE worst massage I have every had. It was supposed to be Swedish, with my legs as the main focus as in a power lifter. The therapist barely used any effleurage at all, worked my upper legs over the sheets, and the entire massage felt disjointed and as if he did not know what he was doing. I've never, in my 20 years of receiving massages, asked for a refund and I typically tip something even if they're less than satisfactory. I called the manager, Libby and she hesitatingly offered me "and upgrade" for my next appointment. From a business and professional standpoint that is exceptionally poor response. Waste of time and waste of money. Highly recommend going to see Tyler at Mountain Roots Massage instead. I have gotten a facial and a massage at Hand and Stone, and both were fabulous! I'm an LMT, and have been receiving massages regularly (1-2/month) for about 10 years, and Jerusha(Jaroosha?) gave such an amazing deep tissue massage my arms and scalp completely fell in love with her (but my legs are still wary! 🤣).

Great SPA. Facial by Princess. She’s an excellent aesthetician. Got the membership and i will be doing the monthly facial at a rather reasonable price. Quiet and inviting atmosphere.

I came in for a massage and left in so much pain. I’ve always had great experiences here but will not be coming back as I’m terrified of getting the same lady I had. I didn’t even get a massage. It was more so her digging her fingers/nails into me and just holding that spot for a few minutes. It was my last massage from my membership and I almost wonder if I was being punished for canceling. I can barely walk this morning and had to take medicine.

One hour does not apparently mean 60 min of massage :( I arrived 15 min before my scheduled message and had already filled out paperwork so check in took maybe a min. My massage therapist came and got me several minutes after the start time, but I didn’t look to see when she actually started bc in the past if the masseuse was late they would still honor the full time. It was at least 5 min past by the time I was on the table and she started. The message was fine. She told me she was a “medium pressure only masseuse” despite me indicating on the paperwork I filled out days earlier that I prefer deep pressure . I don’t fault her for having a method she sticks too, but this should have been told to me when I could have actually seen another person. The medium pressure ended up feeling more like light pressure most of the time. I am still pretty sore and disappointed I spent so much money on something so lack luster. She ended the message at 3:55 thus turning the 60 min into 50. I think it is because they book people back to back and need time for people to get dressed etc? If so, they should either advertise it as a 50 min message. Overall it’s a clean place, people are pleasant, but it was pretty underwhelming. If I did come back it certainly would be with another massage therapist and I would hope they give the full message time.

The customer service is amazing at this location. Very inviting and relaxing. My facial left my skin feeling amazing. Princess went above and beyond to make the experience relaxing . I am so happy with my results. 10/10 experience.
