I've been a member since 6 years i think. Was not to happy last time I got my massage. Booked an hour massage and added hand and feet. Well my massage was only 20 min. Because I added hand and feet treatment which cost extra. But did not know they take time away from the massage. Hand and feet were not 10 min each like it was supposed to be. I'm guessing 3 min each. And I did arrived 15 min early. So my hour massage turned Into 20min. My facial with Yvonne on the other hand was amazing. Iam debating though if I should keep my membership cause it's not right to turn an hour massage into 20 min when you pay extra for hand and feet.

Yvonne was amazing omgg I loved her. She was great !!! Very thorough thru my procedure and listened to my skin concerns...I definitely recommend her and I will come back and see her !!!!

This spa is an absolute gem! This is my favorite spa in town and I love that this is a locally owned and veteran owned business! When you walk into the lobby it is so quite, welcoming and luxurious with cozy couches and the most gorgeous products. The desk staff is kind and and highly attentive. I have never had to wait to get signed in or ask a question! I have had both massages and facials and I find the practitioners to be highly professional, experts in their field and excited to share their knowledge and specialized skills. The monthly package is as affordable as it is beneficial and I use the travel benefit when I'm out of town! I really rely on the therapeutic benefits of massage and the hot stone therapy is as blissful as it is deeply healing. I have even seen several different therapists and each time I'm delighted by their kindness, clam aura and the wonderful differences they offer in their sessions. If you are looing for a spa that truly cares about the wellbeing of their clients- I highly recommend Hand and Stone South. I have always felt like an honored guest at each visit and my heart is so much lighter and happier after every visit.

Worst massage of my life. My expectations were low for a chain facility, but this was awful. It was uncomfortable, rushed and jarring. The therapist was curt and rude.

Just had a one hour massage, I’m visiting from Florida and from the plane ride to sitting in a car for most of the first two days of the trip, Ryan helped me tremendously with my back pain. Would definitely recommend, best massage I’ve had.

This was hands down the worst massage I've ever had. It started with the massage therapist coming out, calling my name, and when I responded shot a look to the receptionist. Have enough composure in the service industry to wait to gossip about the clients after they leave; don't make it so apparent of your disapproval. Being poor customer service. When we went into the room she mumbled "What brought you in?" I already felt unwelcomed but I drove across town for this massage. I gave her some basic response "I just like massages" or whatever. She mumbled something under her breath which I think was part of her routine but she spoke so fast and she was so dismissive I wasn't sure. She then walked out so I could change drumsticks the most retractive body language. I wanted to cancel at this point. But like I said I had already driven across town. I don't know if this was her technique or if she went out of her way to give me a bad massage but I've never had a massage with short, grippy strokes. Afterwards I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and touch up my eyebrows and when I stopped to ask her a question she looked so put out that I was still even communicating with her. Waste of money, waste of time.

I recently had a facial with Trista, and it was an excellent experience. She was professional, attentive, and respected all of my requests, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The facility itself was calm and serene, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The front desk staff also provided exceptional service. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We called for 4 massages we wanted the same day. They were very very accommodating and able to get us in even with a special needs situation! The massages were outstanding! Each one of us were blessed! Not a typical big box store massage!!! No way! If you’re wondering, make an appointment! Big thanks again to Cheyenne Mountain Hand and Stone Massage!

This was a terrible massage. She just gently rubbed me even though I put firm on my intake form and asked for more pressure and it still was just a gently rub. It also was not an hour worth of massage. It’s a scam

UPDATE- I went to Magic Fingers Massage Therapy, LLC and saw Tammy. I can not recommend her enough. She is a small local business. She was much more accommodating. If you are looking for a good massage therapist who cares, check her out. I've had mid back pain for the last year and she was able to help reduce that pain to near 0 in one visit. They should add a sign to their door that children are not allowed in the lobby during check-in if that is their policy. I wouldn't have brought mine in had I known. My husband said his massage was good. He said he could tell the massage therapist was putting his all into it.

UPDATE— I’ll go ahead and affirm that they weren’t in the room to witness the short changed massage. Here are some great local massage professionals that won’t short change what they’re paid to do, and have had phenomenal experiences with every time. Absolute Body Balance (both locations) Natural Therapeutics Massage & Wellness Camino Massage Therapy Masseuse decided to turn an hour session into a 40 minute session. Gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was trying to make her next appointment until she was headed to her car 5 minutes after I did. Should have read the reviews and definitely not coming back. Filled out the waiver beforehand, she started 15 minutes into our appointment so it wasn’t a drastic late start.

Best massage I have had! Cameron was always checking in on my comfort and pressure needs. He was knowledgeable about how to tackle my aches and pains; he even recommended things I could do to strengthen and stretch to improve my quality of life. He was very respectful and created a relaxing atmosphere that I can't wait to experience again.

I've gone a few times to this location and I've always enjoyed my massages and facials. Ryan, is the man, if you need a bit more firmness to work the stress away. He is extremely friendly, professional and definitely deserves a raise for his quality!!!

UPDATE: I want to update my review after my interaction with Jay, the manager and owner of this location. He was very kind in listening to my experience and very open to making it right. I think the way Jay handles business is very professional and compassionate, and I'm looking forward to returning. He listened to me and uses reviews to better the way he runs this business, and he's very open to using suggestions to better his business. Leaving in tears is the least of what I expected from my visit here. When I arrived, the front desk associates were less than friendly. No smiles or welcoming energy. I asked for medium pressure, and was placed with someone who only does deep tissue so I spent the entire hour in pain and not relaxed whatsoever. The therapist kept telling me I'm a "clencher" and to "unclench" when I was literally clenching because of how deep her pressure was. The massage therapist also wanted to have a conversation the entire time. I selected "minimal talking" not expecting to have to carry a conversation the entire time. I just wanted some mostly silent relaxation, considering this was for my Mother's Day gift. It was also a prenatal massage, but no prenatal pillow was provided. I laid on my side and basically had to lean onto my stomach and my baby the entire time. I am still in tears over the pain today and it was the most uncomfortable and non-relaxing experience I've ever had. This was my first time here, and will definitely be my last.

Staff is great, MT (Kelsi) was great, place is clean. Was pretty disappointed to be blindsided by an $80.00 enrollment fee that wasn't listed anywhere on the literature or website, but proceeded to become a member anyways.

Tried to book an appointment for myself and my husband. Mine got confirmed, my husband’s never did. I called to confirm, phone went to voicemail and got no call back. We thought my husband didn’t have an appointment as it was never confirmed and we got no call back, so he didn’t go. Then they said he no showed and they were going to charge us. Called again (and again went to voicemail) to explain that the appointment was never confirmed despite us calling to try to confirm it, and we should not be charged a no show fee for an unconfirmed appointment. Asked to be called back. Again, no call back. They charged the no-show fee. Incredibly dishonest business practice. Really conveniently located to our house, but for obvious reasons, we’ll be finding a different massage place

I booked a 1 hour massage which was very much below standard of what I expected. It felt like I was just being covered in oil and moisturizer. I left feeling the same way I came, with all my knots and aches. I’ve used the service before in a different state and it was good. Also I filled out exactly what I wanted on the form yet still I was being asked again by the therapist. If that’s the case then quit filling out the form and let customers come in early and do it there with the therapist. I must say that the room appears to be clean.

Ryan's massage technique was perfect! I was having issues under my right scapula and he knew exactly how to reach the muscles to ease the pain. He also offered super advice about what to do on a massage day... take it easy and stretch afterward.

I’ve been getting massages for over 10 years, and this place is awesome. I am so happy I found Lorine and her team. I’ve had massages from a few of her team members and it’s been incredible every time. 10/10 i recommend this place to everyone.

Cameron is Heaven sent. Booked a Swedish massage, mild/moderate pressure with foot and neuromuscular additional options, and so glad I did. Cam was very professional, very informative and very soothing and relaxing. I never felt rushed, privacy was always maintained. Felt like he melted all the rough/sore areas and the set-up (heated bed and soft music) added to the amazing atmosphere and ability to truly relax. Thank you!

If you want a perfectly customized, right tensioned, relaxing as hell massage… I highly recommend Nico at this location. Hands down the absolute best massage I have ever experienced. I have scoliosis and TMJ disorder and when I tell you that this masseuse made a huge tension difference in only 2 visits… honey, I’m shook. Couldn’t recommend enough. Book Nico and be prepared to tip big, he is the real deal. Thank you Nico, sincerely.
