All I’m say is that TJ is heaven sent! That massage with Reiki healing add on was what I needed and his energy was top tier! The ladies at the front provided exceptional customer service and made me feel relaxed & comfortable upon arrival & I appreciate that!

My first time coming Here with my husband for his birthday. It was an awesome experience. The staff were very professional and polite and very welcoming my massage. Therapist was Cassandra, and she did an awesome, awesome job will definitely recommend 10 out of 10. My husband enjoyed his massage also he said.

My skin looks great due to Jordan (who previously worked at the location at Harbison) and Megan (who has continued the process of helping me with my skin care). Megan thoroughly explains and recommends skin care products, and of course her facials are amazing! She takes her time and always provides explanations for anything she uses during my facials! I leave glowy with a better sense of self and I see visual improvement with every one of the facials I book with her! Book with Megan!!!!!!!! (Also Hailey, who works the front desk is top tier! Always providing excellent service and answers any questions I have about my account)

First and last visit. Here is why. The front desk ladys very pushy n questioning, made me want to leave but I was hoping the facial would be worth it. The location is pretty and clean, alot of products for sale. Facial service was nice but the tech couldnt fully perform all services requested which was very disappointing, that was the whole reason I booked at a brand name franchise because its supposed to be top tier. I tipped of course but I need an expert at facials person, this wasnt it and for the price I paid and there was zero positive change, I will not return. I will stick to supporting small businesses, maybe I can at least get a drink of water and what I asked n paid for...

I am so disappointed!! I scheduled a couples massage on May 3rd for Father’s Day for my husband and I. I just got a call today, ON Father’s Day that my appointment has been canceled b/c a massage therapist called in sick, and all other places are booked. I understand it’s not the fault of the people that work there, but I’m so hurt that the DAY OF my plans were ruined! I will never trust booking special moments here again. They did make accommodations, since one therapist was out I will still be taking my Husband for his, but I’m just so upset that we can’t experience this moment together.

We signed up for the monthly membership. We ended up not using it and when I tried to cancel it they didn’t, even after I signed their termination agreement form. Buyer beware - they are not easy to work with if you try to cancel the membership that can allegedly be cancelled any time.

Fantastic experience! The spa is relaxing and clean with great ambiance. David is skilled in his technique, and the Manager, Gina, clearly cares about your experience. They were also very accommodating with scheduling. Will definitely return, I look forward to trying a facial next time.

Nice people but I was not able to book an appointment because my master business debit card with Bank of America was not accepted. Tried to pay cash for a massage, they also wouldn’t accept it. Easy to say they weren’t willing to serve me and it was a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. Wouldn’t recommend

I had the absolute best facial of my life tonight from Meghan. I melted into the table as she gave my face what it needed. A full service experience that left my face feeling clean, moisturized, and bright. I have had facials in various spas across the country and at resorts, and Meghan’s was hands down the best.

I made my first appointment here a week ago and after I made another appointment with Shakira (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) she’s fantastic and so are the women at the front desk. Everyone there is fantastic, it’s such a nice, clean, calming environment and I’m disappointed that they don’t have a location in the area I’m from. If your looking for massage I recommend checking them out.

For one the prices I saw online and the price I was SHOWN at check out by the lady at front desk were different then my account charges, when I called and asked they said something about a membership price which was NOT what she showed when I paid and signed for at end of service??? whatever seemed like Bait and switch to me , also I had let them know during booking I need special attention to lower back and hips as I am currently tense from getting adjustments for hips being off, my therapist didn't even touch anywhere near area I came in for , also wondering If she's even licensed due to inconsistencies in technique , was very unfortunate to waste money , don't waste yours here if you actually need" massage THERAPY " much more to say but not gonna invest more time

I will only come here for TJ, wherever he goes, I’d follow. It’s always the most life changing experience, as I get off of his table feeling like a new person each time. You can tell that he takes great care and passion in his craft, and each experience is very intentional. 100/100 would recommend.

Just had my massage with Tammy. She was fantastic, and very knowledgeable. She addressed the pain issues I was having, and gave me tips to help reduce pain at home. Tammy is fantastic with a deep tissue massage that will get the muscles loosened up, and make you feel fantastic. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I got a couple’s massage. My masseur was Anthony and her masseuse was Sloan. We both had excellent massages. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Anthony was attentive and used the Goldie Locks pressure, the perfect amount. I’ve only had 4 massages in my life but this was hands down the best. We are considering getting a membership strictly because of how good our massages were. The atmosphere in the entry/waiting room is what you’d expect, relaxing with calming stuff. The intake staff were nice. If you need a massage in the Columbia area, this is where to get it.
