Wow! I have been having a serious stiff neck with lots of pain. Migraines included. I came in desperate for some kind of relief. I was met with two of the nicest humans when I approached the front desk. Once it was time for my massage Victoria came out to grab me. She was literally a bright ray of sunshine. I instantly felt so comfortable & like I was undoubtedly in good hands. The massage was easily one of the best I've ever had. Victoria not only made my neck feel better but we laughed so much. Needless to say I found my massage therapist & I signed up for the membership. Thank you hand and stone! I appreciate you all.

Cierra is the BEST masseuse there is! I just came back from deployment and when I say I felt a huge weight lifted from me after my massage with her, I mean it every bit of it. She does a wonderful job Every Single Time and I have been with her for years!

My message therapist is awesome. I come in at least 2 times a month to 4 times a month. I know there is a safety button and I always talk with my therapist. I come for health reasons and expect a therapeutic massage. I appreciate that I don't have to fill out the form everything I come in.

I love this place!!!! The front staff is always so accommodating and kind. The massages are top tier and although I do not typically enjoy small talk, the therapists make conversation easy and comfortable! Bringing my family here has been the best gift idea, especially for my aunt with two little ones. Polaris always provides a calm, comfortable environment and its become one of my favorite spots!

My monthly massage at Hand and Stone has changed my life. This self-care time is very important to my total wellness. I deal with chronic pain in my shoulders and back. The deep massages Nick provide are perfection, and have made it possible for me to take less medication for pain. I look forward to leaving stress behind at each appointment.

This was my first visit to this location, and I will undoubtedly be returning. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was fully customized to my preferences. They truly emphasized the importance of self-care and made me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, my massage was one of the best I have ever had. My therapist took the time to explain the benefits of various products I inquired about, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. Overall, this location is doing an outstanding job in providing high-quality service. I highly recommend it to my friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

I just had an AMAZING experience at Hand and Stone Massage at the Polaris location. Everything about my experience was 5-star quality; the front desk staff's warm welcome, an incredible massage by Victoria (I chose the hot stone and CBD oil add-ons), and the friendly and easy check-out process. The environment felt warm, calming, welcoming, pristine and professional, and I look forward to returning! This spa is perfect. So soothing and everyone is so nice. And they recently switched from the clinky, traditional spa music to lovely classical and it has definitely perfected the experience. Cara is amazing if you like medium to deep pressure!

Front desk staff was super helpful and so sweet. My massage was amazing and I left feeling so relaxed and way less tension in my back. I signed up for the membership on my way out and I can’t wait to come back and try a facial next! Would definitely recommend trying this place out.

I scheduled this facial as a present to myself on a business trip. I couldn’t have predicted such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The lighting, temperature and sounds were perfect. Taylor was my esthetician and I would book permanently with her if I lived in the area. The price was great for the product I received!

Literally the worse spa/massage place in Columbus, OH. I booked two sessions for my wife and each time THEY canceled the appointments claiming their techs had “family emergencies”. Not saying that’s impossible but pretty convenient to cancel the day of the appointment TWO WEEKS in a row due to family emergencies. Don’t waste your time with them.
