The is one of the worst massage therapy services that my wife has ever had in her life and they gave her a lady that only spoke Spanish and she didn’t know what she was doing.. This pretty sad that you spend your money for this type of treatment 😡😡🤬

I signed up for a membership during my pregnancy and had a wonderful experience getting monthly prenatal massages. Sadly with a newborn, I am unable to continue my membership. I’d like to warn others that they will charge you one more time after canceling regardless of how early you cancel in writing!

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone at various locations for years. Everyone I’ve encountered has been wonderful but Eric at Coppell is elite. He’s so knowledgeable about his craft and respectful. I’m on my feet for 12+ hours a day with plantar fasciitis and terrible sciatica. Every time I go to see Eric, it’s an amazing experience. Grateful for his talent in easing my pain.

I use to rate this place 5 stars until they showed their true colors... They are hypocrites... It's ok for them to cancel an appointment but if I want to reschedule for the same week just a different day they want to charge me! I didn't charge them when they cancel and can't accommodate me with different person (on multiple appointments). I'll be cancelling my membership.. today!

Double charged me and refused to correct it. I have spoken to the manager and made several attempts to correct the charges. They even contested my credit card dispute. Awful! Horrible experience!

I have been getting facials with Rebekah for quite awhile now! She is so amazing, super kind, knowledgeable, and gives great recommendations. She can always tell me what my skin needs and I always leave looking so glowy and hydrated! I’m happy I finally found a great esthetician to work with.

The massage therapists were great. But our 1 hour massage was actually only 30 minutes long. We arrived and had to do 15-20 minutes of paperwork and 5 minutes wait on the therapists. Just to be told that our time was cut short by that duration. I was pleased with the massage, the ambiance, and the service. But they really should be transparent with the fact that the massage is going to be half as long if you arrive at your designated appointment time. Do yourself a favor and show up half an hour early if it's your first time!

we went for a couples messages here for our anniversary because my usual location was booked and we wanted it the same weekend as the special day. service was nice, but at the end of the service they charged me the member pricing, and my fiance regular pricing, although he had never been there before. I had credits saved up so we would only need to pay the tip and the small amount extra for a couples, so I was very confused why we were being charged +70 for his when we had never even been there before. they said since we had cancelled our appointment at a different location (my home base, because we wanted female therapists and it was a week before the appointment so it was fine to cancel without penalty) that it counts as an appointment for him so he’s getting charged the full retail price vs intro pricing. I did not understand this because we had never even been to this location and it was never explained before the service that their policy is different, meaning we will be charged the full amount even if he’s never been to the spa, only made an appointment and cancelled it. I was talking with the lady at the front desk for a while (not her fault, just enforcing the policy) and still didn’t really understand why we were being charged so much and why i wasn’t informed before the service, since i was a member i told someone on the phone and at the front desk before the appointment that i will be using my credits i had saved up for this day. I ended up just paying for it and leaving and it completely ruined our experience and start to our anniversary date because I had to pay much more than i thought and didn’t even know until it was over and I was forced to pay. I reached out to corporate about this and they forwarded my email to this store as well as others in the area, another store had reached out to me apologizing and said they will be following up with this location because i didn’t want to leave a review, I just wanted to resolve this but nobody has reached out to me in over two months.
