I received the best facial! The esthetician's name was Paighton. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a facial. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. She even game me some helpful tips I could do at home for maintaining my skincare routine, which I really appreciated. My skin feels refreshed and smooth. She also gave me a neck and shoulder message. The whole experience was pure serenity! The ambiance was calming and soothing. I will definitely be back.

I booked a massage in this place for the first time today and the service was awful. I booked one hour massage and she started 15 minutes late and she stopped after 45 minutes. The masseuse was not gentle and not kind. She hurt me several times after I requested for her to be more gentle. I really don’t advise this place. For the price you will be very disappointed. There are lot of others place in dallas that would be better! Please stay away!

I had the masseuse Novella and I have been in excruciating pain ever since I got my massage with her over 1 week ago. I have barely been able to move my back or neck and my neck is in so much pain that it's giving me really awful headaches. I didn't have any pain before the massage but since I've barely been able to move ever since I got it, I have to go back for another massage to fix whatever Novella did to my back and neck and also still pay full price to fix the mistake.

I have been coming to this location for over 3 year now. I had a massage therapist that I would see regularly and he unfortunately left. I then started seeing Novella - WOW! This is the second time I saw her and my lord was it fantastic. In the ~2 months that I had waited to see her, she has elevated her talents expotenially. She clearly takes time to learn new things and takes great pride in what she does. I would HIGHLY recommend Novella.

Very nice atmosphere, good availability and affordable intro offer. Massages are too short (my intro one was under 40mins, much less hands on time than a typical 1hour massage). It partially relieved my back pain but the effects wore off very quickly- it just wants long enough to get into the knots. I suggest the facility streamline the pre-massage forms and make sure massages run until the end of the hour they are scheduled for, or at the very least until 5 minutes before.

What an amazing experience! Came in for the first time with a friend and had the best massage ever. They really took great care of me and the staff was super friendly. It was so good that I decided to get a membership because I will absolutely be coming back on a regular basis!

Today was my first visit to Hand and Stone. I had an introductory facial with Sherry. It was amazing and very relaxing! She was very a sweet and great at what she does. I'm not the best at making time to treat myself, but I enjoyed myself so much that I decided to get a monthly membership! Highly recommend Hand and Stone. Ask for Sherry! You won't be disappointed! Update: had a great massage with Novella yesterday 7/11. She was very sweet, attentive and funny. Did a little extra after with a nice deep back stretch. Thanks Novella! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a wonderful visit at this location. The massage therapist for myself and my husband were professional, sweet and very knowledgeable. My therapist let me know which muscle was giving me pain and I really appreciate her providing me that information. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been going to this location for 3 years and LOVE it. I’ve had good massages with everyone I’ve seen but Bernice is amazing at a deep tissue and incorporates a little stretching (and thai massage) if you ask for it to help you loosen up completely. I’m so glad Taylor is back at this location - they are so good at creating a relaxing space and improving skin tone and condition! For the money, this is the best massage and facial combo and the experience is always relaxing. You can shop or grab lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants in the center which makes for a great afternoon.

As a previous massage envy customer, I never thought chain massage locations were anything special. I was proved wrong by this Hand and Stone. The customer service is off the charts - Cat is particular has gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Facilities are always clean, the staff is always smiling, and a special shoutout to LaQuisha. I never requested specific massage therapists until her - she ROCKS.

I recently went to this location to get a deep tissue massage with a few concentration areas and walked out with the same pain I had before the massage. I plan on trying a different masseuse next time but overall wasn’t super impressed for the more expensive massage that I paid for.

I went for my one and only time to Hand and Stone Uptown. It was a mediocre experience. Nothing horrible nothing wonderful. Staff seemed uninterested but polite and the massage was barely average. I left feeling neutral. That was a year ago-1 Was never contacted in any format to see if I had a decent experience or wanted to "join" - I pretty much forgot about it and moved on. For the past 2 months I have received daily emails from them asking me to leave them a review. I sent 2 direct emails letting them know they just need to remove me from their mailings and that their daily reminders were becoming annoying. No response and the emails continue. Ok... well if you want a review that badly... I would not recommend them and the fact they ignore potential customers and former customers adds fuel to the fire. You didn't care about my business before so leave me alone now. Help others
