Unprofessional. went to a massage in October and the therapist just walked off the job after I'd already settled in the room. online booking is a joke and never works. they advertise an introductory rate, then charge you full price if you want to use a gift card. I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere

BEST MASSAGE in Dallas. I’ve been going to this location in Lake Highlands for two years and I absolutely love everyone. A huge thank you to Kayla, Chyna and Jose, who brighten my day every time I come in. They are such a welcome team and they are so professional and kind. It feels like going to a friend’s house with the superstars at the front desk. This operation runs like a well oiled machine your life will greatly benefit from it. Everyone is super friendly and I cannot wait to go back next time and get a facial from Tania. I highly recommend Isaac and Eboni For an amazing massage. Isaac will twist you up like a bobcat pretzel and you will love it -semper fi😊 Go check it out and you will be so happy you did.

Imagine Elle Woods when she screeched into the parking lot to get a manicure from Paulette.. that was me after a stressful day of work needing a facial. THANK GOODNESS for Tanya!! She provided exquisite service focusing on the massage and stress relief that I craved. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. We laughed together and got all the gunk and toxins out of my face. She had some wonderful recommendations that I plan to purchase when I’m home from my business travels. Sent an email specifically that specifically said I wanted to cancel my account before going out of the country. I was not able to access my email or phone and instead of canceling my account as written per their request the manager called and emailed to freeze the account then proceeded to do nothing. Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot cancel my account when simply requested.

I had a Diamond Facial by Taylor today at the Northwest Highway location in Dallas and she is amazing. My skin is tighter and brighter and she makes you feel relaxed through the whole process. I’ve had several high end facials at world renown spas and this was as good as the Phoenician. Thank you Taylor for your professional service and expert technique.

I've visited this Hand and Stone location several times and always have a good experience. It can be hard to get last minute weekend appointments, but lately it seems like they have more massage therapists available so I've been able to visit this location more often. It's convenient and a good price for massage services. I have the membership and they're able to pause it a couple times a year so I can catch up on unused packages. Definitely recommend if you live in the area.

I’ve had several services at Hand and Stone Lake Highlands, facials and massages. The front desk associates are sweet and nice but 3 people take center stage Shay, Taylor and Ferell. Makes this spa the place to get a massage or facial, everyone should ask for them.

My Swedish massage was good but they shorted me in 5 minutes on my massage. I let the receptionist know that but it’s a bit annoying to have to do giving that I paid for 50 minutes. A suggestion to the company is to use a timer so that this doesn’t happen. *UPDATE* I was contacted by the manager who apologized for the issue and promptly resolved the issue. I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars.

Please don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment. I truly felt relaxed and at peace from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was so sweet and helped calm my new patient fears. 😂 Believe the reviews about Taylor. She’s amazing at what she does. She offers advice but truly listens to you and addresses all your concerns. That means so much to me. I will most definitely be back soon.

The staff and environment was very welcoming. I had a massage at 38 weeks pregnant and asked for her to target my lower back. She did just as I asked, but a few hours after my massage it felt as if I was beat with a bat. I went in thinking this would help my back pain. It honestly made it worse. I’ve had massages before even during a pregnancy, but never have I felt so much pain afterwards.
