Live close by and went for a birthday couples massage. Check in was seamless and informative. Sean and Veronica were both excellent! Sean found knots I didn’t even know I had and worked them out! I feel 3 inches taller and flexible. Will definitely be making this a habit.

The promotions are quite hilarious. Nothing like jacking up the price then giving the BIG percentage discount. No idea if they are good or not... Didnt get the chance with the pricing shenanigans. Went elsewhere.

My card was charged and they won't refund my money back even when both bookings used the same Voucher number. It was clearly a double booking. They just said we sent you emails for the notice, well guess what? I get emails from you more than twice everyday! I did not even subscribe to your promotions. And when i hit unsubscribe, i still get emails the following day! Marissa, the CS who answered my call, said that the manager (Summer) cannot refund, maybe only half of it. Whatduh? I worked in a customer service industry for more than 10 years! Customer service of this branch sucks!

After several massages at this location I finally learned that : APRIL is a masseuse that can deliver, she's very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and massages like a pro She honestly should be at an upscale spa with her skills. BEWARE: the masseuse KATHY was probably the worst experience I've ever had Extremely rude and kicked me off the table after 10min because I told her I didn't want a towel under my neck (She seemed very tired and It was probably her last massage of the day) 🤷‍♀️

I came to this location for a bday treat and unfortunately the day got off to a bad start. I could not find parking and Marissa (front desk reception) was so kind that she stayed on the phone until I found the parking garage and the locale. Also, my sciatica was triggered during the massage and Marissa assisted me in grand ways to help me with the pain. She is A STAR employee and deserves everything beautiful in life. I am so glad I stopped by this Hand and Stone during my time in Denver! A++

Honestly not great. It was very uneven. Massaged my left achilles but not my right. Massaged my right hand but not my left. So kinda odd actually

I have been going to hand and Stone for a few months now - I have their monthly membership - and it is my FAVORITE place to get a massage. Most places I go, they don’t seem to focus on the right areas or really dig in to alleviate the stress. That is NOT the case with Hand & Stone. Every massage therapist I’ve had there has been STELLAR! They are so knowledgeable about the body and how to relieve stress and tension. I have had Apryle and Kathy and love them both. I have no doubt that all their therapists are just as amazing as Apryle and Kathy. I always leave feeling SO much better than I came in feeling. I plan to be a loyal customer for a wrong time!

I wanted a last minute massage while killing time in Denver and got lucky with this place. My masseuse was magical and really worked out some major knots. She puts a lot of effort into it and knows what she’s doing. For the life of me I wish I remembered her name but I guess you’ll have to go find out yourself. Highly recommend !

This was my first time to a hand and stone location. Edgar was very polite, listened and worked on the areas that I wanted extra attention on. Because of his knowledge and attention to detail, is the reason I signed up for the membership and wanting to come back. It’s been difficult finding a massage therapist who actually focuses on what the client needs and I’m glad I was able to have Edgar work on my achy areas.

I go as a disabled person in a wheelchair. Edgar is my masseuse and Autumn does my facials. Edgar listens to his patients needs and Autumn is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about face and skins needs. I took my regime to her for my makeup daily and made sure I had what I needed and now I know that I do. If relaxation is what you want, along with exquisite facial skin, this is the place to come. One more motivation for coming here, they have a theragun. Those of you that need it know how precious it is for a facility to shell out the money for this tool to relax muscles. Edgar is rare knowing how aggressive to be with it. Come into this location for overall wealth of health and being able to focus after a couple of hours being here!

I had a massage a few months ago here that was just ok, it was at the introductory price. I got an email just today about another massage at the same introductory price. The massage was fine, it was for about 50 min. But then after the massage they didn't give me the introductory price and instead charged me full price and tried to sell me their membership. Found it very deceitful, I don't think I'll be coming back here tbh. Update: The owner posted a reply asking me to reach out to them. I sent them an email and I have yet to hear back from them.

I booked a last minute massage here during a Family ski trip. I was having unbearable back pain and I had the best therapist who addressed my pain perfectly. She also gave me stretches to do as follow up. I feel so much better and am thankful I was able to find this appointment.

One of the best spa experiences from the phone call to book with Angel, the greeting at the door from his smiling face and Hailey. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming. My massage was wonderful by Alicia! My stop by was well worth it on this work trip. Will be back if I’m ever in the downtown Denver area again! Phenomenal customer service!

First and foremost, I'd like to say that the Hand and Stone staff is pretty good for the most part. Where my frustration comes in at is, I was being charged for months after sending in my termination of services contract. Because I thought that I had concluded services there, I assumed I was not being charged anymore. When I looked at my bank statement I noticed a few charges from the company. I called Hand and Stone, and I was told that I would be contacted concerning a refund. I was told that I could only be refunded 2 months of charges and that I have 17 credits on my account... $1,049.25. They said my credits can last up to a year. BUT I moved away from Denver, CO, so I do not have access to Hand and Stone. This is stupid.

I called yesterday and heard a big fan that sounded like a jet turbine. When I asked why that was they said that the building got flooded. I’ve had my house flooded and my job which they canceled due to the flooding. I just don’t understand why they would continue to stay open, a massage is meant to be enjoyable and relaxing, it just shows how cheap the owners are, I guess pocketing whatever profit you can is more important than the of potential mold growing.

I’ve been a member coming exclusively to this location for three years now, and have had three different massage therapists whom I loved to see regularly. For the last several months I have been working with Tayler, and she is the absolute best! She always follows up from our last appt, asks about my needs, and communicates what she is going to be working on before and during the appointment. She goes to great lengths to make sure that I feel cared for, and that’s why I will keep coming back!

The downtown Denver location is way easier to deal with than the Cherry Creek location. Well, except for parking. But scheduling and appointment availability seems way easier at the Larimer square location than CC. High marks to Emily, the receptionist. A pleasure to speak with. Consistently good massages. I recommend going 90 min when possible.

Very unprofessional, creepy and strange experience today and will not be returning and i can’t say enough that - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had read bad reviews for these guys and there’s a legit reason for these reviews as I found out today. I had a gift card for an hour massage, the massage therapist seemed high and kept repeating questions. About 25 minutes into my massage she abruptly goes we are done and disappears. I asked the front desk girls, wasn’t I booked for an hour massage and a they were like yes. The creepy lady ended up finishing my massage while making excuses. Not a pleasant, normal or relaxing experience. Thank goodness I had a gift card. I would’ve been mad to pay for this sad and bizarre excuse for a massage.
