I've had a membership here for a while, and the staff is fantastic--very helpful if I have a question, or when I racked up some credits and wanted to use them up they suggested services to add on, etc. My favorite massage therapist left, and it took a few tries to find someone who I really clicked with in terms of how much pressure she used, among other things. I had a massage with Kat the other day, and she was fantastic. Not only very sweet and funny, but really got all the knots out, and I feel so much better!

Becca runs an awful spa. They pressured me into a membership in order for them to not price gouge me. I spent 3 months calling and emailing trying to cancel my subscription until she finally answered my emails. No wonder they can’t keep any of their good massage therapists.

I asked for a full body massage. I told him my areas of discomfort and he mainly only spent time on them. I'm also pretty sure he was sick. He was coughing during the massage.

This place is such a scam. Had a membership here for years but now there are all sorts of rules around transferring credits (can only do one transfer every 6 months, no transfers after canceling membership, and god knows what other hidden criteria), extra fees when you cancel memberships, they never answer phones and they screwed up my account so it never worked on the app, meaning I had to call in whenever I wanted to schedule anything or do anything with payments, etc. The only good massage therapists they get quit after a few months and go work at places that aren't so scammy. Just save yourself a lot of headaches and go somewhere less scammy.

I had an initial visit and expressed interest in a membership but was going to think about it because of a back injury and I didn’t sign the paperwork. They charged me for the membership anyway. I have been trying to unenroll in the membership for 8 days. When I call they keep saying the manager will call me but she never does. The regular staff can’t cancel memberships. I was shocked by how unprofessional they are to go over a week without even a call back when I tried to reach out multiple times. Don’t sign up for a membership here. It’s a shame because the desk staff and masseuse were nice but you will have a very hard time cancelling.

Love Hand and Stone! Convenient location and great massage therapists. Special callout to the front desk folks! Every time I call for or show up for an appointment, they are cheery, welcoming and very helpful for a great massage experience. Highly recommend this team!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP!! THEY WILL KEEP GIVING YOU THE RUNAROUND AND WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a month now. They have a manager that has to reach out to you at an unspecified time to "discuss cancelling". The manager does not reach out. They charged me again for another month even though i have been trying to cancel for so long. I am still trying to get them to call me. I have left multiple voicemails for the manager and have not received a call back. Horrible process they do to take advantage of you. I am literally going to have to cancel my card to get out of this. DO NOT DO IT.

Do not pay for a membership at this money hungry greedy business. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership. We were told that in order to cancel we had to talk to a manager because "not just anyone who works there can do it". THE MANAGER IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO TALK THOUGH! When they said the manager would call back to help cancel our membership she never reached out. We are now being charged ANOTHER month because of their incompetence and lack of initiative. They trap you into memberships and I mean TRAP. It is impossible to get out. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else would be more honest than this place.

I’ve been going to Sloane for facials for about a year now and she is AMAZING! Not only does my skin feel and look great, but at my last appt I mentioned I was stressed in our casual conversation before the treatment and she went out of her way, adding in extra massage and other relaxation elements. It was the most relaxing, best facial I’ve ever gotten!

Mercedes is the best massage therapist, so glad I found my person! It took a bit to get the right fit for me and if there’s ever a reason I need to see someone else, I am definitely bummed. I’ve been a member at this location a few years now and do love the option of massage or facial. Mainly do the massages but the times I’ve had a facial they were all great as well. The gals in reception are all super sweet and get to know their customers. Love this location!

Asked for a deep tissue massage and got a sports massage. The therapist spent most of the time stretching, not even massaging. After being asked how the massage went abd advising the staff what I asked for, was told sometimes it's the wrong fit. It's not the wrong fit if your staff doesn't assign correct personnel. No offers to make situation right were presented. I'm upset that this was a gift and was wasted on stretching rather than a massage.

Had my very first facial today with Melissa and it was such a nice experience. After sharing about my skin and face, I was well taken care of and felt so relaxed throughout. I didn’t feel rushed at all and Melissa was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The front desk receptionists were also lovely, welcoming, and so helpful. I’m looking forward to my next visit! :)

I had an amazing experience with Lauren for my massage. She started by asking about my body and I told her about my Achilles which has bothered me for at least 4-5 years and is stiff all of the time. She spent about half an hour on it and I have less stiffness every day. I had seen several doctors who suggested surgery. I never thought to do a massage to help it, but so glad she asked. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!

I have been going to this location for just over a year now. I have been able to experience many of the therapists. Today I was able to receive my massage from Ronnie. He was professional and when I told him my wants and needs he nailed it! Highly recommend (if you prefer or indifferent to a male therapist) him for any of your self care needs!

I love Hand & Stone, this is my favorite location!!! The facials are so relaxing & they always provide targeted treatments for my acne and scars. The whole team of massage therapists is amazing, very experienced. I tried the Glide Cupping and felt relief for weeks after. 10/10 recommend this location!

I’ve always had great experiences with the staff and therapists at this neighborhood spa. I love their retail selections- i’ve gotten quite a few gifts while waiting for my appointments. The rooms are very clean and cozy! Tiana was my absolute favorite therapist!

Lindsey at the front desk is the best! She’s always so welcoming, knows her stuff, and truly cares about you. Eric is the guy I see the most and he is INCREDIBLE. His skill at finding those knots in my shoulders is truly wizardry. I always feel well cared for after a session with him. Love this place!

Very awful i came their looking to release tension and stress came out in pain and was unable to lift my arm for 2 days asked for someone to contact me and nothing worst use of 159 dollars ever
