I am a longtime member of this spa. Their front desk or customer service sucks. Even though I arrived on time they take back in 5 to 10 minutes late. Their service is not worth the cost. This time front desk messed up my appointment. They charged me extra $ s for the service membership should have been covered. The owner of this spa should train their staff to provide better customer service. I do not recommend going to this place…amazing place with poor customer service…zero professionalism …

After a long hiatus from getting facials, I went to see Taylor and she gave me the most amazing facial! Her technique and product recommendations were right on target and I loved the ice treatment upgrade. My 71 year old face felt and looked amazing... I will certainly go back for another!

I always love my experience at the Dublin Hand and Stone; from Lawanda’s warm and professional greeting and checkin to the lovely snacks and samples that call your name in the lobby. The best part is Johnathon’s outstanding massages, Jonathon’s technique and precise pressure will melt your tension and temporally erase your troubles- no joke. I always have a great, and rejuvenating service and experience here.

I haven't had a facial in over 10 years. The staff in the lobby were nice and made me feel welcomed on my first visit. My esthetician Jess was very professional and asked me questions about my skin goals and was great at explaining what products she was using and informing me of after care. I am extremely happy with my results and got compliments on my skin after.

I’ve gone to Jonathan a few times now for my monthly massages. He’s great at asking me about focus areas before he starts and adjusts as needed. I’m usually hesitant to go to a male masseuse but his disposition puts me at ease and I feel amazing after my sessions. Definitely gets after all those stress knots and I leave feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommend.

Lauren at Dublin is awesome, she has a very profound knowledge about skin care and is also very skillful, she knows what is best for my skin and takes very good of me. I am very happy here with her service, also the clerks in the store are sweet too.

I had a facial for the first time and OMG! It was so beyond magical! Jesse did my facial and she was amazing! She made me so comfortable and really took the time to pamper me! Start to finish my experience was amazing! Lawanda at the front desk was so helpful and kind! It really made my day and I will definitely be going back for another facial and/or massage! Outstanding service by far!

I recently visited Hand & Stone for a 60-minute massage and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite arriving on time for my 2:00 PM appointment, I was not taken back until nearly 2:10 PM. I had requested a scalp treatment in addition to the body massage. However, the therapist did not inquire about areas that needed special attention during the massage. When it came to the scalp treatment, I was given a choice between peppermint and lavender oils. I specifically requested lavender due to my sensitivity to peppermint. The therapist confirmed she would use lavender, but during the treatment, she applied peppermint oil instead. When I pointed this out, she insisted that peppermint is used for the scalp. If that’s the case, why offer lavender as an option? Ultimately, she added lavender oil as well, resulting in an unpleasant mix of scents. Additionally, the massage was subpar. The therapist inconsistently applied pressure—one hand would be thorough while the other was lacking. To make matters worse, the lights went out midway through the session, and the therapist was absent for 8-10 minutes while trying to resolve the issue. The session ended at 2:58 PM, making me question if I actually received a full 60-minute massage. The situation was compounded by a problematic billing process. We spent 35 minutes at the reception desk trying to sort out the payment and membership points, which was frustrating and unprofessional. I spent $200 and found it was not worth the cost. And they expect a tip of $20-30 for a 60-minute massage, but once in the room, there was a small board indicating that the massage was only 50 minutes. This discrepancy further added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. Overall, this visit was a significant waste of time and money. I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this place.

I’ve been a member for over a year now. I’ve had a great experience so far - the staff are really courteous, appointments are available easily and they have some really talented staff. Taylor”s facials are amazing and Marilyn did a fantastic job with my massage today.

Such professional service! Kenny gave my husband and I a wonderful Swedish massage. Kenny was gentle, but firm, hitting all the right spots! We feel so relaxed and free of tension.

I’ve used an available masseuse 2x at the Dublin location and although the massage was so-so … the masseuse was sick each time (months apart)! I would love to give this location 5 stars but unfortunately this (1) male masseuse makes me want to never come back! The rest of the team and staff are amazing! Just don’t open book this place

First time to go to this place for a massage and disappointed , there's no clean towel put where you rest your face , Hot towel left for us after the massage directly on top of the chair where she sits while massaging , thats yuk.

Great service, all the staff are amazing and welcoming. After my facial, I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. I have been using the suggested products sold in store for about 6 weeks, my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend booking a service.

Horrible experience with this location. The front desk falsely advertised how to use accumulated points and after rendering the service, charged me $90 after telling me the service would be covered by my points. Do not recommend going to this location. The massages are mediocre and often 15 minutes late anyways. Stay away. Thanks for the response below. I’ve called and sent an email. Waiting to hear back.

I have been coming in for monthly facials for a little over a year now and let me just say that Jasmine is amazing! She has helped my skin out tremendously and I am very grateful I found her. I love how she adjusts each session depending on how my skin looks/feels and I really appreciate that she doesn't push unnecessary products on me. Thank you!

NAILED IT! I had the most wonderful facial at Hand & Stone in Dublin. If you are deciding on this place, just take the leap, you will not regret it. It was my first time getting a facial here. Firstly, booking the appt through the app was so easy! The front desk receptionist Nargis was expecting me as I walked in the door. And in I went to my appt! JoJo was just who I needed to see! She’s attentive, patient and heard skin concerns. The facial was so perfect and a little luxurious treat. I signed up as a member on my way out!

Absolutely my go-to place for facials! I have been going here for years and have had AMAZING results with Jasmine! She is truly top notch- she takes her time, addresses all of my skin concerns, and is super detail-oriented. She also provides great recommendations that are realistic and do not cost an arm and a leg to get results from. She's my dream come true in an aesthetician because I do not have easy/perfect skin by any means, but she is just as determined to get me results as I am! I've been to many other aestheticians here, who are all fantastic as well (especially Taylor), but I settled on Jasmine due to her dedication, kindness, and the great results I've gotten with her. 100/10 recommend. The front staff is also very courteous, the whole place is very clean, organized, and relaxing, and when you're there you can feel that you're there for a high-end luxury experience. The only reason I took a star off was due to high prices, but if you get in with the right coupons/deals it's more than worth it. Invest in yourself, it's definitely worth the visit!

One of the best experiences I’ve had. Extremely professional and friendly receptionists that made me feel welcome and appreciated. I had a deep tissue massage with, pardon the spelling, Meega. She was exceptional! I didn’t give much detail with regard to areas of focus, however she was able to find areas requiring extra attention with ease; areas that I didn’t know needed extra work. I will certainly be back!
