I never been here and the staff was so welcoming. I was nervous because someone I never knew was going to massage me for the first time. Perla was so calming and friendly she worked so hard to get me knots out. I left my session feeling 💯 I don’t know how I drove but I booked another session for next month. In love!!!! Thank you guys!!!

This was my second time getting a massage from Kristie at Hand & Stone, and her massages are absolutely top-tier! I always leave feeling completely refueled and deeply relaxed. My body feels so much better after each session with her. I’m extremely grateful for the amazing massages Kristie has given me so far and can’t wait for many more in the future. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for an exceptional massage experience!

Bought my wife a gift card for Hand and Stone for her birthday. She booked an appointment and the day before she felt sick and later tested positive for Covid. They charged her $70 for doing the right thing. I don't know how their massages and facials are, but their customer service is crap.

I just moved down here from WA . Was a member there and since being new to the area it was a great experience . I had a massage with Claudia who was excellent and very knowledgeable . Then I had a facial with Jade T, she definitely knew her material and was very concerned about my skin which gave me great advice . Overall experience was 10/10 Highly recommend hands and stone. Great staff and very clean facility.

Hand and Stone looks, smells and feels like the most luxury SPA in El Paso! Daniel was amazing and I think the hand massage is a must! Don’t skip out of the additional pampering. I am definitively coming back every month.

I got a facial yesterday with Sarah and it was sooo relaxing. She even gave me great advice on at home care, would definitely book again with her! The place was very soothing and cozy. Lots of attention to detail and they really care about their clientele !!

I had a glide cupping massage with Rachel and she was amazing! I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep a couple of times. The pressure was fantastic and the massage felt incredible! I love this place and they have many different types of services and packages. Come see for yourself!

The room was too cold and the music was not pleasant. Hands felt rough, the constant stopping and super slow-motion massage got annoying. I didn't enjoy my massage. It just wasn't for me. I paid for 50 min and maybe after 15-20min I stopped it. I couldn't lay there any longer. Personally, I have no plans to return. It was not worth my money or time. The staff was very nice.

I am new to El Paso and this hand and stone location so I was nervous about what to expect, but this team exceeded my expectations! I had my prenatal massage with Christy and it was very relaxing. I had a couple questions about what can or cannot be done in pregnancy and if one staff member did not know, they would ask another or find out and get back to me. Overall, I feel cared for and am highly satisfied with this location!

Super great service, very relaxing and recomforting massage; since the very beginning the service and attention was above and beyond, considering that I didn’t had any prior appointment Sarah work with me in the schedule. rachel took very well care of me too, I came in with the back very sore and went out with a significant relief .
