Honestly couldn’t get services at a better place. My Estheticians are the best and they are so knowledgeable about skin they have literally healed my hormonal acne. All of the therapists have their own unique flow that makes every experience a relaxing one. If you don’t find your favorite therapist on the first go there are plenty more!

Service was good, but the fact that everybody wants to sell you something, an upgrade, extra services or a membership felt a bit annoying. I had a $300 certificate for a massage and facial were just basic and i think that for that price, it should have been better. The place is cute. The girls are nice. Just read your reply. If you really want, Have them contact me. They took all my info.

The best deep tissue massage I have ever had! David is amazing and knows how to work all the kinks out. I have had two massages and a facial, and they have all been great! Staff is friendly and very nice. Highly recommend!!

Brandi worked miracles on my neck and upper back, highly recommend her! After dealing with tension headaches that wouldn’t go away, I decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did. Brandi gave me the best massages I’ve ever had and I walked out pain free!

First time ever at a hand and stone. Wow what an experience! Warm neck pillow while you wait, cranberry/elderberry infused water. I was soooo relaxed before we even started. My therapist was 👢Brandy👢 and OH MY GOD! She's wonderful. Light yet very firm touch, I walked out a new person. Booked immediately after my next session with her. The staff was great, the ambiance is awesome 👌🏼 very glad I walked in yesterday.

My Dad bought me a gift certificate here for my birthday and at first I was a little bit skeptical about the subscription thing each month and thought I would only keep my membership until my gift card ran out, since it’s not very close to where I live. However I was lucky enough to pick Melissa as my massage therapist and I’m definitely not going anywhere else! She’s the best and the staff there are very nice and welcoming. They’re offering a Black Friday special which I bought so I can continue to get a 2 hour massage each month! Definitely book an appointment!

My masseuse was Brandi, and let me tell you, she worked miracles on me. I always have issues with tightness and knots in my shoulders and more recntly I have been experiencing them in my neck as well. After one massage with her I felt so much relief, she was getting those knots out that no other masseuse I’ve ever had could. If I could afford it I would sign up for the membership and I hope to sign up once I can. Besides Brandi, the staff in the front waiting room were just as amazing. They go through everything with you, and give you waters and warm neck wraps. If I could give these people more than 5 stars, I would due to the quality of service I recieved.

Second time my card was ripped at this location..... (Megan) fraudulently overcharged me again .. 45 min facial no add ons $188 .... quoted $79 I do not recommend this place unless you are very wealthy.. Money grabbers

So I have been suffering some major back pain and I decided to try Hand & Stone , suggested by my wife who is a frequent visitor and the location is right down the road from me . This will only be the 3rd time in my life I went for a massage since the two prior ones including seeing a Chiropractor where very uncomfortable and I left with more pain than when I walked in the door. So we are greeted by a very alert , ready to serve, Full of smiles and personality Megan !!!! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was ready to answer any / all questions I had asked, she is also very professional!!! Then I meet my masseuse Brandi , who is kind polite and another person with personality who knew her job very well and I could immediately tell my tenseness slip away into the work Brandi was doing , and to my wife’s surprise and disbelief ( but Megan called it ) I signed up as a member that morning !!!!! Thank you Megan and Brandi for making me start to feel better again !!!! Sincerely Vinny C.

I went for a massage today with Jana. She was A-Mazing, kind, and professional. She explained everything to me before starting and throughout my massage. You could tell that she really wanted me to relax and enjoy my time there. I was a bit nervous as it was my first massage but she just calmed me down by her explanations and caring nature. Thanks so much for making my experience wonderful Jana! Oh front desk was super friendly and informative.

They wouldn’t honor my massage I had paid for since you get one last massage after canceling because you already paid for that month because I was TWO days out of the 90 days I had left to book. I understand rules are rules, but I was only able to make it to the massage at that point I called. They then told me if I sign up again they would honor that massage and I could get what I paid for back. Why would I sign up again for this place that can’t even honor back my appt that was two days out from the 90 days. I was thinking to sign up again after this initial appointment I was planning to make, but once they said that to me, I was completely turned off. Only care about money and getting memberships signed

Had a massage today by Ann and she was amazing. It was one of my first professional massages and she made me feel very comfortable walking me step by step through the process. I opted for the CBD oil upgrade and it was worth it. The actual massage was great! The only bad part of my experience was during check out, the staff member was polite but pushed a membership so much! I’m sure that is something she has been told to do by corporate but it was almost uncomfortable and held up the line forming behind me to check others out. Ann gave a 5/5 massage but the pushy membership conversation dampened the experience.

We did a couples massage. It was so nice and relaxing. Highly recommend
