This was my first experience, and it was relaxing and enjoyable. The entire experience was great, very professional and soothing. I especially appreciated Donna, my massage specialist, who did an amazing job. The front desk staff was also friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience.

First time at hand and stone and it did not disappoint! Great customer service with an amazing massage. David did my massage. I expressed i was having neck and should pain and David gave an amazing massage targeting those areas. Massage was so good i booked a couples massage for my husband and i.

We booked a 60 minute couples massage. We arrived early per request and filled out our paperwork. I received a recent heath diagnosis that I did put down on my intake paperwork. The staff were provided our paperwork before taking us back. It wasn’t until I had already laid down on the table that the massage therapist asked about health conditions and I reiterated what I had put down on my chart that she told me I couldn’t have a massage. To be clear I am not bothered that I couldn’t have a massage, I understand the why and the constraints of it all. I am bothered that none of my paperwork was reviewed till after and there was no opportunity for me to share ahead of my appointment. I am not a massage therapist so I’m not sure how I would be aware of all the practices and rules. It made for a very uncomfortable situation. Nonetheless I quickly got up and removed myself so my husband could continue with his massage. However, it was again disappointing when my husband was dressed and back in the car 9 minutes before his massage was supposed to end. The prep and his massage only lasted 35 minutes when it was supposed to be a 60 minute service. Even with an additional add on service. All in all this was a very disappointing experience due to the poor communication and the shorting my husband of the service paid for and agreed to.

In case you read nothing else - go see Queen! She will fix you UP! I’ve had a membership for years, but wasn’t able to keep up going monthly, and my credits were building up. I decided to close my account. I usually go to the Hulen location, but I had to burn through my credits so I figured I’d try the Camp Bowie location. I scheduled with Queen, and let me tell you. I’ve had shoulder and neck pain for several years due to my profession, and having a small child. I’ve had plenty of good relaxing massages over the years, but my pain always remained. Queen was different. She fixed me. It’s been over a week now, and I still don’t have pain. For the first time in YEARS. She not only tried to make sure I was relaxed, but she did everything to make sure she addressed my problems. And it worked. I may just reopen my membership because of her. Thank you, Queen!

My massage therapist was David and he was very willing to listen to any issues I may be experiencing. I carry a lot of my tension in my neck and back, which are always trouble areas for me and he made sure to focus on those areas to provide relief. I mentioned I injured my hand at work a few months ago and am currently in PT for finger stiffness and he made sure to work on that finger more than the others to help with some of my stiffness. I will definitely be back in the future and would recommend him to anyone with similar issues as mine
