I had a great relaxing massage. I would encourage ALL massage therapists to remove all rings during massage. It’s a bit uncomfortable for the client 😊

My first time at the 820 location and it was wonderful!! I’ve been going to the location off of Camp Bowie for years and had no idea there was one closer to me! Doug was incredible and literally got every single knot out of my shoulders. He is one of the best masseuse’s I’ve ever had! Will be going to this location from here on out. 10/10

Chauncy provided the best facial i've had in a number of years. She clearly loves caring for her clients, and listened to my needs, tailoring her service to my skin. Neck and shoulder massage were perfect, focused more on stretching than pressure. I will definitely return and send referrals her way!

Took my mother in-law to get a massage for the first time. She has Martin and she said that he was very detailed and that she had a great time. My therapist was Jamal. Never had him before but if you are looking for deep tissue massage he is the way to go. Highly recommend.

Very friendly service and calm environment. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, Jamal is your guy. I asked him to focus on neck, head, and shoulder spots that were giving me trouble today. I feel like a new person!

It was my first experience at Hand and Stone yesterday. They were BUSY, which is always a good sign! Everyone I spoke with over the phone, and in house, were very nice and polite. My massage was terrific, and the therapist was extremely nice. She immediately saw bulges in my back, where I carry my stress. She worked all of them out, and I finally relaxed after a vicious day from the day before. I slept like a baby last night, and I have sleep issues! I felt great today, and I am already thinking about going back later this week! I am SO GLAD that I “treated myself”, and it was worth every penny! 😁

Zero stars if I could. I Had an emergency and the manager was not understanding what so ever and still charged me half the service fee. I booked the original appointment within 24 hours and was told it was ok to reschedule if needed. I understand a no show but I called and explained the situation and I even asked to reschedule for the same day. First time customer and will def be my last.
