I’ve been coming to Hand & Stone for years and have generally had good experiences. However, after leaving a constructive review for Samuel, it seems like he was offended my experienc.Every time I book, I’m offered his time slot, only to be told shortly after that something suddenly came up and he’s unavailable. It feels more than just a coincidence at this point. I appreciate honest service and professionalism, and this experience has been disappointing. Hoping management addresses this kind of behavior.

I was suppose to get a massage, two hours before my massage. The office called me to tell me it was canceled. My massage therapist DJ has canceled on me so many times I can’t even tell you. It’s always something she’s unreliable, but it makes matters worse as I tried to talk to the manager, and she treated me just as disrespectful and rude as DJ does by constantly canceling all the time when my contract is over with, I will never go to them I’ll give somebody else my business and money. The manager gave me a free massage. Thank u but it doesn’t make up for both of there attitudes at all! This was the Hulen Ftw location. Another review also said the manager was rude

I’ve been coming to see Jennifer for the last few months and she’s incredible. I have degenerative back pain and she has been amazing and consistent in the work she has done with me. WOW! I’ve been feeling some tension in my shoulders and I had been putting off using a gift card I had gotten and now I regret not using it earlier! Jennifer was truly amazing!!! From her calm/relaxing demeanor to her magic hands I really cannot express how wonderful my experience has been! She explained the process and offered add ons without pressuring me, which I highly appreciated. She did let me know before she started that she’s known for her deep tissue massages and that she could adjust to my liking however I was happily surprised when the pressure proved to be perfect! 10/10 will be coming back time and time again!

Hand and Stone is a great spa! Their massage therapists are amazing at what they do and listen to my concerns. The estheticians really know what they’re doing and what products and services will work best for me and get me the results I want. The receptionists are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their members. I highly recommend this spa and membership for the self care benefits.

Samuel is an incredible massage therapist. So knowledgeable and willing to explain improvements you can make to make your body work with reduced pain. I drive 30 minutes into the city just to visit Hand & Stone on 7th when there’s a location 5 minutes from my house.

Sam & Trevor are extremely knowledgeable, Can give multiple different types of massages. Are great to talk with if you prefer that or a quiet atmosphere, which is also nice. They are very accommodating
